المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي لقياس أثر اختلاف نمطي الموشن جرافيك (المسطح- السبورة البيضاء) على تنمية مفاهيم وسلوكيات ترشيد الاستهلاك في ضوء التنمية المستدامة بمحاورها الثلاث (الغذاء-المياه-الطاقة) لذوي الإعاقة السمعية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد أدوات الدراسة التالية (استمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة، واختبار تحصيلي لمفاهيم ترشيد الاستهلاك في ضوء التنمية المستدامة، ومقياس سلوكيات ترشيد الاستهلاك في ضوء التنمية المستدامة، البرنامج باستخدام نمطي الموشن جرافيك)، وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث على عينة قوامها ٦٨ طالبة بكلية التربية النوعية من ذوي الإعاقة السمعية، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين تجريبيتين عدد كل مجموعة ٣٤ طالبة، وتم اختيار عينة البحث الأساسية بطريقة غرضية من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، ومن ذوي الإعاقة السمعية بكلية التربية النوعية، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج التجريبي، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن سلوكيات ترشيد الاستهلاك الأكثر شيوعا بين عينة البحث كانت في المرتبة الأولى سلوكيات ترشيد استهلاك الطاقة يليها الغذاء، يليها المياه، كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات طالبات عينة البحث وفقا المستوى التعليمي للأب والأم لصالح التعليم الجامعي عند مستوى (0.01)، متوسط دخل الأسرة لصالح الدخل المنخفض) عند مستوى (0.01)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا للمتغيرات الديموجرافية التالية (الفرقة الدراسية، عمل الأم، وظيفة الأب)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات ذوي الإعاقة السمعية باستخدام النمط المسطح والسبورة البيضاء للموشن جرافيك على تنمية مفاهيم وسلوكيات ترشيد الاستهلاك في ضوء التنمية المستدامة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي عند مستوى (0.05)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المجموعتين في القياس البعدي لاختبار مفاهيم ترشيد الاستهلاك ومقياس سلوكيات ترشيد الاستهلاك في ضوء التنمية المستدامة لصالح النمط المسطح للموشن جرافيك عند مستوى (0.05).

The current research aims to measure the impact of the different patterns of Motion graphics (flat-whiteboard) on the development of concepts and behaviors of rationalization of consumption in the light of sustainable development in its three axes (food - water - energy) for people with hearing disabilities, To achieve the aims of the study, the following study tools were prepared (the general data form for the family, an achievement test for the concepts of rationalization of consumption in the light of sustainable development, a scale of consumption rationalization behaviors in the light of sustainable development, the program using the two patterns of Motion graphics), The research tools were applied to a sample of 68 students in the Faculty of Specific Education with hearing disabilities, they were divided into two experimental groups, each group numbered 34 students, The research followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the experimental approach, and the results of the research concluded that the most common consumption rationalization behaviors among the research sample were in the first place energy conservation behaviors, followed by food, followed by water, Also, there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students of the research sample According to the educational level of the father and mother in favor of university education at a level (0.01), the average family income in favor of the low income)at a level (0.01), and the absence of statistically significant differences according to the following demographic variables (school group, mother’s work, father’s job), and the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of students with hearing disabilities Using the flat pattern and the whiteboard of Motion graphics on the development of concepts and behaviors of rationalization of consumption in the light of sustainable development in the two applications, before and after in favor of the dimensional application at a level (0.05), and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two groups in the post measurement to test the concepts of rationalization of consumption and the scale of consumption rationalization behaviors in the light of sustainable development in favor of Flat Motion Graphics at a level (0.05).
