المستخلص: "أصبح التقدم التكنولوجي هو السمة المميزة لهذا العصر، فقد حمل في طياته مجموعة من السلبيات والإيجابيات التي أثرت بالطبع على حياة الإنسان وسلوكه وأخلاقه؛ ذلك لأنه كائن اجتماعي بطبيعته يتأثر بما حولـه ويؤثر في مجتمعه، تناول هذا البحث الأخـلاق في الفكر الفلسفي من خلال العرض لمدى ارتباط هذا التقدم التكنولوجي بالأخـلاق كمحور أول، كما قدم عرضا لبعض السلبيات والإيجابيات لاستخدام شبكة الإنترنت كنموذج لهذا التقدم كمحور ثان، تناول في المحور الثالث مشكلة الأخلاق في عصر التكنولوجيا، جاء المحور الرابع ليعرض ضرورة تأسيس الأخلاق على أسس فلسفية نستطيع من خلالها تنمية إيجابيات التكنولوجيا والحد من سلبياتها لتحقيق سعادة الإنسان، مع استمرار هذا التقدم فهو لا يقف بالطبع عند هذا الحد بل سينمو ويتضاعف في المستقبل. ستحاول الباحثة الإجابة على هذا التساؤل الذي يطرح نفسه الآن على ساحة الفكر الفلسفي وهو: هل واكب هذا التقدم التكنولوجي تقدما أخلاقيا؟، كما ستحاول بيان سبل الحد من الجانب السلبي لاستخدام نواتج هذا التقدم التكنولوجي إذ أنه لا سبيل لذلك إلا بتضافر مجموعة من المؤسسات التي تسهم في رسم وبناء الشخصية الإنسانية لأن أهم ما يجب أن نزرعه في الإنسان منذ صغره هو احترامه لذاته وعقله واحترامه للآخرين من خلال تعزيز التفكير الناقد لديه وشعوره بالمسؤولية الأخلاقية تجاه مجتمعه."

"Technological progress has become the distinguishing feature of this era, as it has carried with it a set of negatives and positives that, of course, affected human life, behavior and morals; This is because man is a social being by nature that is affected by what is around it and affects its society. This research dealt with ethics in philosophical thought by presenting the extent to which this technological progress is related to ethics as a first axis. It also presented some of the negative and positive sides of using the Internet as a model for this progress as a second axis, dealt with in the third axis. The problem of ethics in the age of technology, which is the fourth axis, shows the necessity of establishing ethics on philosophical foundations through which we can develop the positives of technology and reduce its negatives to achieve human happiness, with the continuation of this progress, it does not, of course, stop at this point, but will grow and multiply in the future. The researcher will attempt to answer the following question that presents itself now in the arena of philosophical thought: Has this technological progress been accompanied by moral progress? The researcher will try to show ways to reduce the negative aspects of using the products of this technological progress, as there is no way to do that except by the concerted group of institutions that contribute In drawing and building the human personality, because the most important thing that we must cultivate in man from his childhood is his self-respect, his mind and respect for others by promoting his critical thinking, and his sense of moral responsibility towards his community."
