|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المحددات الاجتماعية للتمكين القيادي التعرف ومنها التعرف على المحددات الذاتية، والتعرف على دور الأسرة ودور مؤسسات الاعلام في إبراز صورة المرأة القيادية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي من خلال توزيع استبيان على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة نجران بلغ حجمها 265، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان من أهم المحددات الاجتماعية للتمكين القيادي للمرأة، أن تكون لدى المرأة القائدة رؤية أو صورة مستقبلية تقوم بتوضيحها لجميع المسؤولين، مما يسهم في إيجاد هدف عام يسعى الجميع إلى تحقيقه، كما أوضحت أن من متطلبات التمكين القيادي للمرأة الثقة بالنفس وتقدير الذات والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار وقد أوصت الدراسة ضرورة استمرار المرأة على تطوير مهاراتها الذاتية، والالتحاق بمراكز التطوير والتدريب والتنمية البشرية، لمواكبة التطور والتقدم السريع في كافة المجالات، لضمان استمرارها في مواكبة متطلبات العمل القيادي، ضرورة قيام الأسرة بدورها الإيجابي في التنشئة الاجتماعية التي تقوم على المساوة بين الجنسين وإعطاء الفتاة حقها في حرية التعبير عن الرأي واتخاذ القرار، إبراز صور إعلامية إيجابية لمحاربة التمييز ضد المرأة مع بيان حقوق المرأة في كل المجالات.
|b The present study aimed to identify the social determinants of women's leadership empowerment, as well as identifying the self-determinants of leadership empowerment, and the determinants of social interaction related to women's leadership empowerment. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach by distributing a questionnaire to was applied on a random sample of (265) faculty members at Najran University, Findings revealed that of the most important social determinants of women's leadership empowerment: that the woman leader has a future vision or image that she clarifies to all officials, which contributes to finding a general goal that everyone seeks to achieve, she also made clear that among the requirements for leadership empowerment for women is self-confidence, self-esteem, the ability to make decisions, good interaction and communication with the group, and the promotion of the culture of Affiliation and social work with subordinates, and encouragement and motivation for individual innovation and creativity among the members of the work team, which is one of the personal characteristics that a woman leader should have. At the end, the study put forward some recommendations and perceptions to social determinants of women's leadership empowerment.
