المستخلص: استهدف هذا البحث بصفة رئيسية التعرف على محددات تنمية الثروة السمكية ببحيرة المنزلة من خلال التعرف على درجة توافر محددات تنمية الثروة السمكية ببحيرة المنزلة، والتعرف على درجة تأثير عدم توافر تلك المحددات على الإنتاج والمخزون السمكي بالبحيرة، والتعرف على أهم الجهات المنوط بها تقديم حلول لمشكلات عدم توافر محددات تنمية الثروة السمكية المدروسة، التعرف على المدى الزمني المناسب لحل تلك المشكلات لتنمية الثروة السمكية بالبحيرة وبالإضافة للتعرف على أهم اقتراحات الصيادين المبحوثين لحل المشكلات التي تواجههم لتنمية الثروة السمكية ببحيرة المنزلة. وقد تم إجراء هذا البحث بجميع مناطق الصيد ببحيرة المنزلة وهي )المطرية – الجمالية -غيط النصارى( على عينة عشوائية من الصيادين بلغ قوامها 203 مبحوث بنسبة 5% من إجمالي الصيادين بالبحيرة، وتم استيفاء البيانات اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف البحث باستخدام استمارة الاستبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية لأفراد عينة البحث، بعد تصميمها وإعدادها بصورة مناسبة لهذا الغرض وكذا إجراء اختبار مبدئي لها مما أتاح الفرصة لتعديلها ووضعها في صورتها النهائية وتم استخدام عدة أساليب إحصائية تمثلت في التكرارات والنسب المئوية والدرجة المتوسطة المرجحة والمتوسط الحسابي لتحليل البيانات واستخلاص النتائج. وقد تمثلت أهم النتائج فيما يلي: 1 -انخفاض درجة توافر محددات تنمية الثروة السمكية المدروسة لأقل من المتوسط 1.42 درجة متوسطة مرجحة. 2 -ارتفاع درجة تأثير عدم توافر محددات تنمية الثروة السمكية على الإنتاج والمخزون السمكي بالبحيرة 2.25 درجة متوسطة مرجحة. 3 -أن أهم اقتراحات الصيادين المبحوثين لتنمية الثروة السمكية بالبحيرة هي إنشاء محطات معالجة لمياه الصرف الصحي والزراعي والصناعي قبل ضخها بمياه البحيرة، تفعيل دور شرطة المسطحات المائية لتنفيذ القوانين المنظمة للصيد بالبحيرة والقضاء على جميع البؤر الإجرامية، إنشاء قاعدة بيانات عن البحيرة تشمل الدراسات والبحوث السابقة والحالية والاستفادة منها، توحيد جهات الإشراف على البحيرة وإنشاء جهاز يضم الوزارات والهيئات ومراكز البحوث التي تعمل بالبحيرة والتنسيق والتعاون فيما بينهم.

This research mainly aimed to identify the determinants of fisheries development in Manzala Lake by identifying the degree of availability of the determinants of fisheries development in Manzala Lake, and identifying the degree of impact of the lack of these determinants on fish production and stock in the lake, and identifying the most important bodies entrusted with providing solutions to the problems of non-availability Availability of the studied fisheries development determinants, identifying the appropriate time period to solve these problems for the development of fisheries wealth in the lake, in addition to identifying the most important suggestions of the fishermen surveyed to solve the problems they face for developing fisheries wealth in Lake Manzala. This research was conducted in all fishing areas in Lake Manzala (Al- Matareya - Al-Jamaliya - Gheit Al-Nasara) on a random sample of fishermen, consisting of 203 respondents representing 5% of the total fishermen in the lake. The research, after designing and preparing it appropriately for this purpose, as well as conducting an initial test for it, which provided the opportunity to modify it and put it in its final form. Several statistical methods were used, such as frequencies, percentages, weighted average degree, and arithmetic mean to analyze the data and draw results. The most important results were as follows: 1-The degree of availability of the studied fisheries development determinants is lower than the average. 1.42 weighted average score. 2-The high degree of impact of the lack of determinants of fisheries development on fish production and stock in the lake 2.25 weighted average degree. 3-The most important suggestions of the fishermen surveyed for the development of fisheries in the lake are the establishment of treatment plants for sewage, agricultural and industrial water before pumping it with the lake water, activating the role of the water bodies’ police to implement the laws regulating fishing in the lake and eliminating all criminal hotbeds, establishing a database on the lake that includes previous studies and research And to benefit from it, unify the supervisory authorities on the lake and establish a body that includes ministries, agencies and research centers operating in the lake, and coordinate and cooperate among them.
