|a يلعب القطاع المصرفي دورا حيويا في الحياة الاقتصادية، واستمرار قوته وثباته هي مسألة تهم الرأي العام، نظرا لدور الوساطة الذي تلعبه البنوك في هذا المجال، لذلك يتوقف نمو القطاع المصرفي في وجود تفاهم وتناسق متبادل وعلى نطاق كبير ما بين مبادئ الحاكمية وطبيعة الأنشطة المصرفية المتعددة، ونظرا لوجود العديد من المخاطر التي ترتبط بالأنشطة المصرفية، والتي تشكل عائقا أمام النمو العادي للمصارف، هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح كيفية ترسيخ مبادئ الحاكمية حتى يمكن تقييم مستويات المخاطر للأخطاء المرتكبة والمرتبطة بالنواحي المختلفة لعمليات المصارف، وهذا حتى يتسنى تفاديها حاليا ومستقبلا.
|b The banking sector plays a vital role in economic life, and the continuation of its strength and stability is a matter of public interest, given the mediation role that banks play in this field. Therefore, the growth of the banking sector depends on the presence of mutual understanding and coordination on a large scale between the principles of governance and the nature of multiple banking activities, hence, given the presence of many risks associated with banking activities, which constitute an obstacle to the normal growth of banks, the study aimed to clarify how to establish the principles of governance, so that the risk levels can be assessed for the committed errors associated with the various aspects of bank operations, and this enables it to be avoided from now on.
