المستخلص: Gender-responsive budgeting consists in applying the integrated approach to equality between women and men to the financial aspect of public policies. Integrating a gender-sensitive budgeting approach leads to asking whether the collection (taxes, fees, payment for the service, etc.) and the distribution of financial resources (subsidies to associations, investment in equipment, operation of services, etc.) reinforce or reduce gender inequalities. Morocco has made tangible Progress in activating this approach, despite the obstacles it has faced.

La budgétisation sensible au genre consiste à appliquer l’approche intégrée de l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes, au volet financier des politiques publiques. Intégrer une démarche de budgétisation sensible au genre, conduit à se demander si la collecte (impôts, taxes, paiement du service etc.) et la distribution des ressources financières (subventions aux associations, investissements dans des équipements, fonctionnement des services etc.) renforcent ou diminuent les inégalités entre les sexes. Le Maroc a fait des progrès tangibles dans l'activation de cette approche, malgré les obstacles auxquels il a été confronté.
