المستخلص: مشكلة هذا البحث: كثرة الخلاف في حدود الشرك بين المسلمين، إلى حد التناقض البين، مما استوجب إيضاحا فوق الإيضاح؛ فإن الخلاف فيه لا ينتهي؛ يبدئ ويعيد في مسائله، وتستحدث حوله شبها وجدلا دائما لا ينقضي، مما يربك الإيمان عند العامة والخاصة، ويحدث عماية عن الحق الذي جاء به المرسلون. ولأجل هذا تطرق البحث إلى تعريف الشرك، فكان هذا موضوعه، بغرض تحرير معناه، وتحصيل تعريف جامع مانع قدر الإمكان، فأدى البحث والنظر للتوصل إلى تعريف فحواه: أنه افتعال شريك لله تعالى في شيء من خصائصه. وإنما استعمل هذا التصريف؛ لأن الشرك وضع غير طبعي، متكلف مفتعل، مناف للفطرة، خارج عن حد المعقول، معارض للشرع المنزل. ولما كان ذلك هو التعريف العام للتوحيد، فقد دل على التعريف الخاص بتوحيد الألوهية، وهو: افتعال شريك لله تعالى في العبادة. فهو تعريف مستخلص من جمع من المفاهيم: اللغوية، والشرعية، والعرفية. وقد اتخذ البحث منهج التحليل والوصف، وتتبع التعريفات بالفحص والنقد وفق ما يمليه المنطق والعقل والشرع. وهدفه: حل مشكلة تعدد الأقوال والآراء في بيان حقيقة الشرك، ومحاولة الترجيح للأوفق، والكلام فيما قصر الكلام فيه من ضوابط، أو لم يبلغ المقصود من الوضوح والتام.

The problem of this research: the frequent disagreement regarding the boundaries of polytheism among Muslims, to the point of a clear contradiction, which required clarification beyond clarification. The disagreement about it does not end. It begins and returns in its matters, and creates a permanent resemblance and controversy around it, which confuses the faith of the public and the private, and speaks to the blindness of the truth that the messengers brought. For this reason, the research touched upon the definition of polytheism, so this was its topic, with the aim of liberating its meaning, and obtaining a comprehensive definition that prevents it as much as possible, so the research and consideration led to a definition of its content: that it is the fabrication of a partner of God Almighty in some of his characteristics. Rather use this conjugation; Because polytheism is an unnatural condition, artificial, pretentious, out of the ordinary, contrary to domestic law. And since this is the general definition of monotheism, it indicates the definition of monotheism, which is: fabricating a partner for God Almighty in worship. It is a definition drawn from a collection of concepts: linguistic, legal, and customary. The research took the approach of analysis and description, and the definitions were followed by examination and criticism according to the dictates of logic, reason and Sharia. Its aim is to solve the problem of multiple sayings and opinions in explaining the reality of polytheism, and trying to favor the horizon, and speaking in terms of the limitations of speech in it of the controls, or the clear and complete intended purpose.
