المستخلص: "يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي والمساندة الاجتماعية لدى ناشئ القوس والسهم، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية وقوامها (80) من ناشئي القوس والسهم المسجلين بالاتحاد المصري للقوس والسهم بالموسم الرياضي 2021/2022م؛ مقسمة إلى (60) ناشئ للدراسة الأساسية، (20) ناشئ للدراسة الاستطلاعية، واستخدام الباحثان مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية لدى ناشئي القوس والسهم من إعدادهما، وقائمة دافعية الإنجاز إعداد جو ولسWillis (1982م) تعريب محمد حسن علاوي (1998م)، وقد أشارت أهم النتائج إلى: 1-تم بناء مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية لدي ناشئي القوس والسهم، وفقا للأسس العلمية لبناء المقاييس في مجال القياس والتقويم الاجتماعي في المجال الرياضي، حيث تكون المقياس من (39) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد. 2-تم تطبيق قاتمة دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي على عينة البحث الاساسية، تم تقسيمهم إلى ثلاث مستويات ووفقا لمستوي درجات بعد دافع إنجاز النجاح (منخفضي دافع إنجاز النجاح-متوسطي دافع إنجاز النجاح-مرتفعي دافع إنجاز النجاح). 3-وجود فروقا دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات الدرجة الكلية لمقياس المساندة الاجتماعية ووفقا لمستويات متوسطات درجات بعد دافع إنجاز النجاح لدي ناشئ القوس والسهم، لصالح ناشئ القوس والسهم المستوي الثالث (مرتفعي دافع إنجاز النجاح). 4-تم تطبيق قائمة دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي على عينة البحث الاساسية، تم تقسيمهم إلى ثلاث مستويات ووفقا لمستوي درجات بعد دافع إنجاز النجاح. 5-وجود فروقاً دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات الدرجة الكلية لمقياس المساندة الاجتماعية ووفقا لمستويات متوسطات درجات بعد دافع تجنب الفشل لدى ناشئ القوس والسهم، لصالح ناشئ القوس والسهم المستوي الثالث (مرتفعي دافع تجنب الفشل). 6-وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي 0,05 بين الدرجة الكلية لمقياس المساندة الاجتماعية ومتوسطات درجات أبعاد قاتمة دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي (دافع إنجاز النجاح-دافع تجنب الفشل) لدى ناشئ القوس والسهم."

"The research aims to identify the relationship between the motivation of sports achievement and social support among the bow and arrow juniors. 2021/2022 AD; Divided into (60) juniors for the basic study, (20) juniors for the exploratory study, and the researchers used the social support scale for the bow and arrow juniors prepared by them, and the list of achievement motivation prepared by Joe Willis (1982 CE) Arabization of Muhammad Hassan Allawi (1998 CE), and the most important results indicated to me: 1-The scale of social support was built for the juniors of the bow and arrow, according to the scientific foundations for building scales in the field of social assessment and evaluation in the sports field, its final form consisting of (39) phrases distributed over three dimensions. 2-The list of sports achievement motivation was applied to the basic research sample and its strength, they were divided into three levels and according to the degree level after success achievement motivation (low success achievement motivation -medium success achievement motivation - high success achievement motivation). 3-There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the total score of the social support scale and according to the levels of average degrees after the success achievement motivation of the bow and arrow juniors (low the success achievement motivation - medium the success achievement motivation - high the success achievement motivation) in favor of the third level bow and arrow junior (high). Success achievement motivation), and this confirms that young people who are highly motivated to achieve success receive a greater level of social support, whether from family, friends, colleagues, or coach. 4- The list of mathematical achievement motivation was applied to the basic research sample and its strength, they were divided into three levels and according to the degree level after success achievement motivation (low failure avoidance motivation - medium failure avoidance motivation - high failure avoidance motivation). 5- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the total score of the social support scale according to the levels of average degrees after the failure avoidance motivation of the bow and arrow juniors (low the failure avoidance motivation - medium the failure avoiding motivation - high the failure avoidance motivation) in favor of the third level bow and arrow emerging (high). Motivation to avoid failure), and this confirms that young people with high motivation to avoid failure receive a greater level of social support provided to them, whether from family, friends, colleagues, or coach. 6-There is a statistically significant relationship at the level of 0.05 between the total score of the social support scale and the average degrees of the dimensions of the list of sports achievement motivation (success achievement motivation - failure avoidance motivation) in the bow and arrow junior. This confirms that the young person receives the necessary support through those around him, whenever this has a significant impact on his level of motivation, and thus achieve great successes and achievements."
