|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحيد أثر المتغيرات الاقتصادية الأساسية والمؤثرة على نظام وسياسة التعويضات في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 1991 و2018، حيث يتم استخدام قاعدة بيانات لسلاسل زمنية ضمن متغيرات سنوية، من خلال مختلف المصادر، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة ARDL. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك تباين في تفسير تأثير المتغيرات الاقتصادية المختارة على نظام التعويضات في الجزائر. منها ما كان إيجابي التأثير والآخر سلبي من حيث النمذجة والتقدير أو التفسير.
|b This study aims to determine the impact of the basic economic variables affecting the compensation system and policy in Algeria during the period between 1991 and 2018, where a database is used for time series within annual variables, through various sources (annual reports of the Court of Accounts, the General Directorate of Taxes, National Office of Statistics, Directorate General of Customs, Ministry of Finance, Bank of Algeria, etc.), using ARDL autoregressive model. The results of the study revealed that there is a discrepancy in the interpretation of the impact of the selected economic variables on the compensation system in Algeria. Some of them were positive in impact and the other negative in terms of modeling, estimation or interpretation.
