المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على العوائد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للرياضة للجميع بالأندية الرياضية ومراكز الشباب وذلك من خلال مساهمة الرياضة للجميع بالأندية الرياضية ومراكز الشباب الاتحاد المصري العام للرياضة للجميع من خلال سياسة وأدوار الأندية الرياضية ومراكز الشباب في تحقيق العوائد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وتم التطبيق على عينة طبقية عشوائية مكونة أخصائي وممارسي الرياضة للجميع بالأندية الرياضية ومراكز الشباب بالهيئات الأعضاء بالاتحاد المصري العام للرياضة للجميع بمحافظة القاهرة الكبرى بلغ عدد عينة الدراسة الأساسية عدد (٣٣٦) فرد. وباستخدام مقياس العوائد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للرياضة للجميع بالأندية الرياضية ومراكز الشباب (إعداد يحيى الجيوشى) (٢٠٢١)، (حيث يمكن تطبيق المقياس على الاتحادات النوعية والأندية الرياضية ومراكز الشباب في أن واحد وقد تم إجراء المعاملات العلمية للتأكد من الصدق والثبات، وتم تصميم الاستبيان بشكل إلكتروني لاستخدام نموذج Google Form وتم توزيعه بمساعدة المساعدين عن طريق إرسال لينك الاستبيان، وتم سحب النتائج بعد اكتمال استجابات عدد عينة البحث كاملة خلال الفترة ما بين 24/١٠/2021 وحتى 24/١٢/2021م. وجاءت النتائج لتدل على: 1- إضافة قيمة مقدرة لوقت الفراغ عند ممارسي أنشطة الرياضة للجميع وكيفية استخدامه بشكل صحيح. 2- قدرات الممارسين لأنشطة الرياضة للجميع البدنية وزيادة قدراتهم الإنتاجية. 3- تحتاج الأندية الرياضية ومراكز الشباب المصرية إلى تطوير نظم الاستثمار والتشريعات الناظمة للاستثمار الرياضي في ضوء قانون الرياضة الجديد بشكل يضمن تحقيق المرود الاقتصادي. 4- هناك حاجة إلى لتنمية عملية الاستثمار وتطوير أساليب تسويق مستحدثة للأنشطة، مع خصصه المشروعات للحصول على فرص وأساليب تمويلية عن طريق رعاة جدد لتمويل الأندية الرياضية ومراكز الشباب المصري للجميع وأنشطتها. وقد أوصى الباحثون إعادة صياغة اللوائح المالية الخاصة بالأندية الرياضية ومراكز الشباب المصرية لبحث وسائل وطرق تطوير مصادر التمويل مع بناء شركات اقتصادية عالمية من أجل التنمية من خلال الرياضة للجميع.

The research aims to identify the economic and social benefits of sports by exploring the contribution of sports for all in clubs and youth centers of the Egyptian General Sports for All Federation through the policies and roles of these sports clubs and youth centers in attaining economic and social gains. The study employed the descriptive survey method and utilized a survey approach among a randomly selected and stratified sample comprising sports specialists and practitioners in sports clubs and youth centres in the member entities of the General Egyptian Federation of Sports for All, located in the Greater Cairo Governorate. The primary study sample size was 336 individuals. The study employed a standardized scale named the "Economic and Social Returns Scale for Sports for All in Sports Clubs and Youth Centers," developed by Yahya Al-Jyoshi in 2021. This scale is versatile enough to be applied across quality federations, sports clubs, and youth centers simultaneously. Rigorous scientific procedures were employed to ensure the scale's reliability and validity. For survey implementation, an electronic design utilizing the Google Form platform was employed. The distribution of the survey was facilitated with the assistance of designated personnel, who shared the survey link. The results were collected after obtaining complete responses from the entire research sample within the time span from October 24, 2021, to December 24, 2021. The results indicated that: 1- Adding an estimated value to free time when practicing sports activities for all and how to use it properly. 2. The abilities of practitioners of sports for all physical activities and increasing their productive abilities. 3. Egyptian sports clubs and youth centers need to develop investment systems and legislation governing sports investment in light of the new sports law in a way that ensures economic growth. 4. There is a need to develop the investment process and new marketing methods for activities, while allocating projects to obtain opportunities and funding through new sponsors to finance sports clubs and Egyptian youth centers for all and their activities. The researchers recommended that the financial regulations of sports clubs and Egyptian youth centers be reshaped to examine ways and methods of developing funding sources while building global economic companies for development through sports for all.
