المستخلص: أصبح التدريب والتعلم عبر الإنترنت جزءا مهما بشكل متزايد على جميع مستويات التعليم سواء الجامعي وما قبل الجامعي، بما في ذلك تدريب الكوادر في المؤسسات التعليمية. وهذا التطور يخلق الحاجة لتواجد فرصة للمعلمين المهر في التدريس عبر الإنترنت والطلب على زيادة هذه المعرفة بالممارسات الأكثر فعالية. فجاء البحث الحالي لمحاولة تجريب أسلوب تقني جديد لتنمية الأداء الموسيقي، وعليه هدف البحث إلى تقصي أثر استخدام ملف الإنجاز الإلكتروني الذي أعد لتدريس آلة الجيتار، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أعدت الباحثة أداة البحث وهي بطاقة الملاحظة لقياس أثر المتغير المستقل ملف الإنجاز الإلكتروني على المتغير التابع وهو مهارات العزف على آلة الجيتار. والتصميم التجريبي للبحث تمثل في مجموعة واحدة تجريبية لعينة من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة بلغ عددهم 34 طالب، وتم تطبيق بطاقة الملاحظة كتطبيق قبلي وبعدي لقياس أثر ملف الإنجاز الإلكتروني في تنمية مهارات العزف لعينة البحث، وكذلك تم تطبيقها مرة أخرى كتطبيق بعدي مؤجل بعد مرور شهر بهدف تحديد القياس التتبعي وبقاء أثر التعلم.

Online training and learning have increasingly become an important part on all education levels, whether the university or pre-university education, including training of cadres in educational institutes. This progress creates the need to have the opportunity for skilled teachers to teach online, as well as increasing this knowledge through the most effective practices. The recent research presented an attempt to try a new technical approach to enhance musical performance. Accordingly, the research aimed at exploring the effect of using the E-portfolio, which has been developed to teach the guitar. In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher prepared the research method, which is the observation card to measure the effect of the independent variable The E-portfolio on the dependent variable, the skills of plying the guitar. The experimental development of the research was presented through an individual experimental group of a sample of 32 students from the fourth-year students. Observation has been applied as a pre and after application to measure the effect of the E-portfolio on enhancing the playing skills of the research sample. Moreover, it has been performed once more as a postponed after application following one month with the aim of determining the consecutive measurement and maintaining the learning effect.
