المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة دور الأسرة لتحقيق الاستخدام الآمن لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي كما يدركها المراهقين بمحاوره وعلاقته بتعزيز أمنهم الفكري والأخلاقي بأبعادها، واستراتيجيات مواجهة التنمر الإلكتروني. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تم استخدام عدة أدوات هي استمارة البيانات العامة، استمارة عادات ودوافع المراهقين في استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، استبان دور الأسرة لتحقيق الاستخدام الآمن لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي كما يدركها المراهقين، استبيان الأمن الفكري والأخلاقي، استبيان استراتيجيات مواجهة التنمر الإلكتروني. واشتملت العينة على 550 مراهق من محافظة المنوفية ويستخدمون وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصديه. وبعد جمع البيانات تم تفريغها وتبويبها وجدولتها وتحليلها إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج SPSS. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين دور الأسرة لتحقيق الاستخدام الآمن لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للمراهقين من وجهة نظرهم ومحاوره وتعزيز الأمن الفكري والأخلاقي، كما وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين دور الأسرة لتحقيق الاستخدام الآمن لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للمراهقين واستراتيجيات مواجهة التنمر الإلكتروني. بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الذكور والإناث في دور الأسرة لتحقيق الاستخدام الآمن لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للمراهقين بمحاورها. لذا يوصي بإعداد برامج إرشاديه لتوعيه المراهقين والوالدين بالاستخدام الآمن والفعال لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ويقوم بإعدادها أخصائي إدارة مؤسسات الأسرة والطفولة من خلال وحدة الاستشارات الأسرية التابعة لكليات الاقتصاد المنزلي بجامعتي المنوفية وحلوان.

The research aims to study the effectiveness of the family's role in directing its teenage children to the safe use of social media to enhance their intellectual and moral security and protect them from cyberbullying. The family role is represented in two axes (the preventive role - the corrective role), while enhancing intellectual and moral security into three dimensions (religious - cultural and political - moral) and strategies for facing cyberbullying (defensive and social support - avoid - technological confrontation) To achieve this, the research followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and four tools were used: the general data questionnaire, the family role questionnaire to achieve adolescents' safe use of social media, a questionnaire on intellectual and moral security, Questionnaire of strategies for facing cyberbullying. The research tools were applied in personal interviews on 550 adolescents who were deliberately chosen and required in the sample from school and university students who could be at least 21 years old and no more than 21 years old from rural and urban Menoufia governorate and use social media. After collecting the data, they were unpacked, categorized, tabulated, and statistically analyzed using SPSS software to know the mean, standard deviation, T-test, F-test, Schiffe-test, Pearson simple correlation coefficient, percentages, and stability using Cronbach's alpha and split-half. The results showed a positive statistically significant correlation between the family role in adolescents' safe use of social media from their point of view (the preventive role-the corrective role) and the enhancement of their intellectual and moral security. Statistically significant differences were found in the evaluative aspect of the family role to achieve safe adolescents' use of social media according to the stage of adolescence in favor of late adolescence. While there are no statistically significant differences in the family role to achieve safe adolescents' use of social media from their point of view (the preventive role - the corrective role) according to gender. While females were better than males in promoting intellectual and moral security and using strategies to confront cyberbullying, the presence of the family within the adolescent's friends improved the preventive and corrective role in safe use, strengthened cultural and political security, and contributed to the use of a defense strategy and social support to confront cyberbullying. Therefore, the research recommends universities and schools to prepare mentoring programs to educate adolescents and parents on the safe and effective use of social media, to benefit from the digital world and keep abreast of global developments, and it is prepared by a specialist in the management of family and child institutions in cooperation with the Ministry of Communication through the family counseling unit of the faculties of home economics at the universities of Menoufia and Helwan. The Ministry of Information is conducting a media campaign on television, movies and social media targeting parents and is designed to educate them in ways and methods to educate their children to deal with Internet risks and safety measures and build trust and strong relationships between them and their children because it is the best candidate that protects children from all risks.
