|a هدف البحث للتعرف على العلاقة بين رأس المال للصندوق وقيمة المعونات الفنية، وتوصيف العلاقة رأس المال للصندوق وعدد المعونات الفنية من خلال الاعتماد على البيانات التي تم تجميعها عن صندوق التنمية في دولة الكويت وصندوق التنمية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة وصندوق التنمية السعودي وصندوق التنمية في دولة قطر في الفترة من 2015 إلى 2020. وتوصل البحث إلى مساهمة تمويل الصندوق الكويتي للدول الممولة في تخفيف العجز في الميزان التجاري للدول النامية حيث ساهمت القروض في تغطية حوالي 70% من مدفوعات وارداتها، وكذلك ساهم تمويل صندوق أبو ظبي للتنمية للدول الممولة في المساهمة في مشروعات محطة الطاقة الحرارية الجوفية، كما ساهم الصندوق السعودي للتنمية للدول الممولة ساهم في تخفيف حده العجز بنسبة كبيرة في الموازين التجارية للدول، وأخيرا ساهم صندوق قطر للتنمية للدول الممولة في ساهم في تخفيف حده العجز بنسبة كبيرة في الموازين التجارية للدول.
|b The objective of this research is to identify the relationship between the capital of the Fund and the value of technical aid, and the description of the relationship between the capital of the Fund and the number of technical aid by relying on the data collected about the Development Fund in the State of Kuwait, the Development Fund in the United Arab Emirates, the Saudi Development Fund and the Development Fund in the State of Qatar in The period from 2015 to 2020.
