|a يعد وجود التنوع اللغوي في الجزائر ثروة وطبيعة اجتماعية وثقافية وحضارية ... فالجزائر تملك ثروة لغوية لها وجود تاريخي وحضاري وعلمي عريق تتمثل في التنوع اللغوي العربي المازيغي. والملاحظ للسياق الوطني الجزائري المعاصر يجد الدولة الجزائرية ترعى توازن تنوعاتها اللغوية وذلك راجع للحالة المدنية الحديثة التي تعيشها، فالجزائر كرست المازيغية إلى جانب اللغة العربية لغة وطنية ورسمية دستوريا. وإن من نتائج هذا التنوع اللغوي أنه أصبح مسؤولية اجتماعية وحقوقية وتاريخية وثقافية ... فالتنوع اللغوي أضحى من المعطيات التي تسعى الجزائر لتحقيق توازنها، فهو قضية دستورية وعلمية وحضارية وتاريخية .... تشرف عليها مؤسسات الدولة، ومراعاة لذاك نهدف لدراسة معطيات توازن التنوع اللغوي في الجزائر فهي المطلب الملح بالنظر لحجم الانسجام الجمعي الذي يمكن أن تحدثه.

Algeria has a long-standing historical linguistic wealth, besides, civilizational and scientific presence represented in the linguistic diversity of the Amazigh Arab. The contemporary Algerian national context forced the Algerian state to nurture the equilibrium of its linguistic diversity, owing to the modern civil situation lived.in this regard, Algeria upgraded Amazigh to an official language constitutionally beside the Arabic Language. One of the results of this linguistic diversity is that it has become a social, legal, historical and cultural responsibility... Linguistic diversity has become one of the data that Algeria seeks to achieve its equilibrium. as constitutional, scientific, civilizational and historical issue..... supervised by state institutions.so, we aim to study the data of the equilibrium of its linguistic diversity in Algeria. As an urgent demand, given the size of the collective harmony that it can bring about.
