|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد آليات تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة في المؤسسات الجزائرية، إذ أن التطبيق الصحيح لمبادئ الحوكمة وبالشكل اللازم يتطلب آليات تساعد على ذلك. ولقد تم التوصل إلى أن الجزائر لديها الرغبة في بناء إطار مؤسسي للحوكمة من خلال بذلها مجموعة من الجهود كإصدار ميثاق الحكم الراشد، ونظام مالي محاسبي جديد يتوافق مع المعايير المحاسبية الدولية، إلى أن هاته الجهود غير كافية وتتطلب منها بذل المزيد من العمل وتفعيل الآليات المساعدة على المضي في هذا الاتجاه والارتقاء إلى المستوى المطلوب.
|b This study aims to determine the mechanisms for applying the principles of governance in Algerian institutions, as the correct application of the principles of governance and in the necessary form requires mechanisms that help in this. It was concluded that Algeria has the desire to build an institutional framework for governance by making a series of efforts, such as issuing the Charter of Good Governance, and a new accounting financial system that complies with international accounting standards. Proceed in this direction and rise to the required level.
