المستخلص: تأتي أهمية الدراسة من كونها تسلط الضوء على تخديم مناطق كانت تعاني من قلة الخدمات الصحية؛ لأن الدولة في حالة حرب فإنها بحاجة إلى المساعدة في خطة إعادة إعمار البلد، إذ أدت التبرعات الشعبية والأعمال التطوعية ضمن المجتمع المحلي في مدينة سلحب لتفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية في بناء مشفى وطني يخدم المنطقة المحتاجة لهذه الخدمات. وقد هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور التباين الثقافي بين أبناء المجتمع المحلي المشارك في بناء المشفى الوطني في تطوير عملية المشاركة المجتمعية والتعرف على أهم المؤشرات التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها في قياس المشاركة المجتمعية. وتم الاعتماد في البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بطريقة الملاحظة بالمشاركة؛ إذ أقام الباحث فترة من الزمن بين أبناء المجتمع المحلي أثناء بناء المشفى الوطني كمتطوع في العمل. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أدت المشاركة المجتمعية إلى تفاعل أبناء المجتمع المحلي لتحقيق أهداف تجسد لهم مصالح جماعية مشتركة. كما زادت عملية المشاركة من زرع وتعزيز بعض القيم الأخلاقية التي تسعى للارتقاء بالفكر الإنساني من خلال تنشئة جيل يسعى للمساهمة في بناء المجتمع، وتقديم المساعدة في خطط إعادة إعمار البلد.

The goal of research has identified the role of cultural contrast among the community of participating community in the construction of the national hospital in the development of the community participation process and identifies the most important indicators that can be relied upon in the measure of community participation. The research finds several results in the most important of which had led to community participation to the intellectuals of the community of society to achieve objectives to achieve them a common collective interests and increased the process of participation from planting and promoting some moral values that seek to improve humanitarian thinking through the development of a generation seeking to review the community building and assistance in the reconstruction plans of the country.
