520 |a  يكشف الملفوظ الاعتذاري عن ذات تحاول التنصل مما ينسب إليها والخروج من ذنبها وذلك مفهوم الاعتذار. وهي تلجأ إلى اللغة وما تتيحه من إمكانات تعبير مختلفة لبلوغ مرادها. وتتحول اللغة؛ إذ ذاك إلى "خطاب متسلط" موسوم بمياسم انخراط الذات المتلفظة فيه. وهي توظف كل كفاءاتها/ كفاياتها لكي لا تمر الرسالة من المرسل إلى المرسل إليه مرورا مجانيا. فسلطة المخاطب منشئ الملفوظ تخترق كل مستوياته الصوتية والمعجمية والتركيبية والبلاغية. ويشكل الحاصل من ائتلاف الألفاظ وتعالقها في السياق دلالة تمثل الذات قطب رحاها ومدار أقطارها. لكن اللافت في الاعتذريات أن مالكة الاعتذار يعول في إدراكها على كفاءات المخاطب أيضا.  |d L'énoncé d'excuses que nous étudions révéle un sujet essayant de désavouer ce qui lui est attribué et de sortir de sa culpabilité et c'est le concept d'excuses. À ce moment-là, la langue se transforme en un «discours autoritaire» qui porte les traits de l’engagement du sujet énonciateur. Et il utilise toutes ses compétences pour que le message ne passe pas de l'expéditeur au destinataire gratuitement. L'autorité du destinateur qui crée le texte pénètre tous ses niveaux phonémique, lexical, synthétique et rhétorique. La combinaison des expressions et de leur corrélation dans leur contexte constitue un signe qui représente le sujet. Mais ce qui est remarquable à propos des excuses, c'est que la capacité de présenter des excuses dépend également de la perception des compétences du destinataire.  |f The apology statement reveals a subject trying to disown what is attributed to him and get out of his guilt, which is the concept of excuses. At that point, the language turns into an “authoritarian discourse” which bears the characteristics of the subject's commitment enunciator. And he uses all his skills so that the message does not go from sender to receiver for free. The authority of the sender who creates the text penetrates all his phonemic and lexical levels, synthetic and rhetorical. The combination of expressions and their correlation in their context constitutes a sign that represents the subject.
