المستخلص: يؤثر فيروس كورونا تأثير واضح وفعال على العديد من نواحي الحياة، حيث غير إيقاع العالم بأسره في أيام قليلة نتيجة لسرعة انتشاره. وتعتبر المباني الإدارية من ضمن المؤسسات التي تأثرت بشكل كبير من الجائحة حيث شلت بعض المباني الإدارية تماما من اليوم الأول لإغلاق المدن، على مستوى العالم، والبعض الآخر استمر في تقديم الخدمات نتيجة لاستعداد تلك المؤسسات من حيث بنيتها التقنية والإلكترونية وكذلك مواردها البشرية لذلك حيث غيرت تلك الأزمة المفاهيم والتوجهات المؤسسية المستقبلة، في طريقة إدارتها، واستعدادها لأي مخاطر محتملة، والتركيز على تقديم الخدمات الإلكترونية والتقنيات الذكية. فالأوبئة تؤثر بشكل فعال على حياة الإنسان وسلوكه مما يترتب فيه تغيير كبير في حياته وضرورة التأقلم مع كل جديد يطرأ حيث غيرت الأوبئة بيئتنا المبنية بسبب الخوف من العدوى. وتعد أماكن العمل المكتبية والشركات من أبرز الأماكن التي تأثرت بشكل واضح وفعال من فيروس كورونا المستجد حيث كان للفيروس تأثير واضح وطويل الأمد على كيفية عمل الناس وتجمعهم، ومن هذا المنطلق تهدف الدراسة البحث عن أفكار تصميم واتجاهات مناسبة لأماكن العمل المكتبية لتوفير الحماية المطلوبة من هجمات الفيروسات والاستمرار في إضافة المزيد من الطبقات في نظام الدفاع لبيئتنا العملية بما يحقق التباعد المكاني الآمن مع التقارب الوظيفي ذو الإنتاجية العالية. ويتم ذلك من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي للأفكار النظرية والدراسات السابقة والممارسات المعمارية وتوصيات المنظمات الصحية التي تهتم بمسألة تأمين الفراغات الإدارية في ظل جائحة كورونا، وذلك بهدف الوصول إلى مجموعة من المعايير والأسس التي سوف يتم اتباعها للتعامل مع فيروس كورونا المستجد بالمباني الإدارية. بالإضافة إلى معرفة أفضل اتجاهات للحلول المعمارية بالمباني الإدارية بعد انتشار الفيروس من وجهة نظر الباحثين.

The Corona virus has a clear and effective impact on many aspects of life, as it changed the rhythm of the entire world in a few days as a result of its rapid spread. Administrative buildings are among the institutions that have been greatly affected by the pandemic, as some administrative buildings have been completely paralyzed from the first day of the closure of cities, worldwide, and others have continued to provide services as a result of the readiness of these institutions in terms of their technical and electronic infrastructure as well as their human resources for that, as they changed those The crisis is the future institutional concepts and orientations, in the way they are managed, prepared for any potential risks, and focus on providing electronic services and smart technologies. Epidemics effectively affect human life and behavior, which entails a major change in his life and the need to adapt to every new that occurs, as epidemics have changed our built environment due to fear of infection. Office workplaces and companies are among the most prominent places that have been clearly and effectively affected by the emerging corona virus, as the virus had a clear and long-term impact on how people work and gather, and from this point of view, the study aims to search for design ideas and appropriate trends for office workplaces to provide the required protection from virus attacks. And continuing to add more layers in the defense system to our operating environment in order to achieve safe spatial spacing with high productivity functional convergence. This is done by relying on the inductive and analytical approach of theoretical ideas, previous studies, architectural practices and recommendations of health organizations that are concerned with the issue of securing administrative spaces in light of the Corona pandemic, with the aim of reaching a set of standards and foundations that will be followed to deal with the emerging Corona virus in administrative buildings. In addition to knowing the best trends for architectural solutions in administrative buildings after the spread of the virus from the point of view of researchers.
