|a يكفل الدستور الجزائري للمواطن حق التمتع ببيئة سليمة خالية من الملوثات التي قد تصيبها، الأمر الذي يقابله واجب الدفاع عنها وحمايتها من المخاطر التي تهدد سلامتها. لذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مختلف الأساليب القانونية المنتهجة من قبل المشرع الجزائري لحماية البيئة سواء الوقائية التي تمارس قبل مزاولة النشاط أو الردعية لتجنب الكوارث التي قد تمس البيئة نتيجة الأضرار التي تسببها مختلف المشاريع الصناعية.
|b The Algerian constitution guarantees to citizen the right to enjoy a healthy environment free of pollutants that may infect them, which is matched by the duty to defend and protect it from dangers that threaten its safety. Therefore, this study aims to highlight the various legal methods adopted by the Algerian legislator to protect the environment, whether preventive that is practiced before engaging in activity or deterrence to avoid disasters that may affect the environment as a result of damage caused by various industrial projects.
