المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز الصناعة الحديثية للعلامة الملا علي القاري، من خلال كتابه (جمع الوسائل)، وقد اتبعت فيه المنهج الاستقرائي لجمع المادة العلمية التي تتعلق بالبحث وترتيبه. أما مؤلفاته فقد ذكرتها مختصرة مجردة عن الوصف بالمطبوع أو المخطوط منها، مع الإشارة إلى مؤلف مطبوع خاص بهذه الجزئية من البحث، وقد ناقشت المؤلف فيما ذهب إليه فيما يتعلق باصطلاح أهل الحديث، مجردا عن الأدلة، مكتفيا بذكر الأقوال والترجيح بينها، كما ناقشته في أحكامه على الأحاديث صحة وضعفا بذكر أقوال أئمة النقد، ولم أترجم للرواة والأعلام المذكورين في ثنايا البحث، اكتفاء بشهرتهم، وطلبا للاختصار، خرجت الأحاديث والآثار التي استشهدت بها في ثنايا البحث مع الحكم عليها. وقد قسمته إلى مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة، الأول: ترجمة العلامة ملا علي القاري، وفيه مطالب: الأول: أسمه، ونسبه، وكنيته، ومذهبه. والثاني: مولده، ورحلته إلى مكة. والثالث: شيوخه وتلاميذه، والرابع: ثناء العلماء عليه. والخامس: آثاره العلمية. والسادس: وفاته، السابع: التعريف بكتاب جمع الوسائل، أما البحث الثاني فقد خصصته لإبراز الصنعة الحديثية للملا علي قاري وفيه مطالب: الأول: عنايته باصطلاح أهل الحديث، والثاني: عنايته بتراجم الرجال، وضبطها، الثالث: عنايته بتخريج الحديث. الرابع: عنايته بالحكم على الحديث قبولا وردا. الخامس: عنايته ببيان الاختلاف بين الألفاظ والروايات. السادس: عنايته بالأحاديث المتعارضة والجمع بينها. السابع: عنايته بغريب الحديث. وقد ظهر لي من خلال البحث عدة نتائج ألخص أهمها في النقاط التالية: أن شرح الإمام القاري من أجل الشروح على الشمائل المحمدية وأعظمها نفعا، اتفاق المترجمين للقاري على أنه ولد بمدينة (هراة) دون تحديد سنة الولادة، إمامته رحمه الله في علم الحديث، وسعة اطلاعه رحمه الله على دواوين السنة وشروحها، وسعة حفظه رحمه الله للأحاديث النبوية.

The research at hand aims at highlighting Hadith profession of the scholar Mulla Ali Al-Qari, through his book 'Jami' Al- Wassa'il Sharh Al- Shama'il' (Collecting the Means for clarifying the good Traits). The research applies the inductive approach of collecting and arranging the academic material related to its major topic. As for the writings of the Scholar Mulla Ali Al-Qari, the researcher has succinctly referred to them in the description of the printed material or the relevant manuscript with reference to a special handout of this part within the research. The researcher has examined the output of the author (Mulla Ali Al-Qari) with reference to the terminology of Hadith scholars regarding the preponderant sayings and disregarding evidence. The researcher has also discussed the conclusions given by Mulla Ali Al-Qari concerning the authenticity and weakness of Hadiths relying on pioneering Imam Critics of Hadiths. The researcher has not given any biographical introductions to the narrators or scholars stated in this research, suffice it to say she has relied on their fame. To make it short, the Hadiths and effects listed by the researcher in this research came out as authenticated. In general, the research is divided into an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter is dedicated to a biographical translation of the scholar Mulla Ali Al-Qari and it satisfies seven requests: the first is about his name, lineage, nickname and doctrine. The second highlights his birth and his journey to Mecca. The third displays his sheikhs and his disciples while the fourth deals with his praise by the scholars of his age. As for the fifth, it discusses scientific output. The sixth traces his death whereas the seventh introduces his book 'Jami' Al-Wassa'il' (collecting the means). As for the second chapter, it is devoted to highlighting the profession of Hadith of Mulla Ali Al-Qari, and it tries to satisfy seven requests: the first traces his keenness on the terminology of the people of Hadith. The second examines his interest in tracing the biographical translations of men and their disciplines. The third studies his authentication of Hadith. The fourth exposes his concern for judging the Hadith by accrediting or disaccrediting it. The fifth stresses his interest in explaining the difference between wording and the narrations. The sixth highlights his interest in the conflicting Hadiths and combining them together. The seventh emphasizes his concern with the unfamiliar Hadiths. There are several findings of this research. The researcher has referred to some of them such as the point that the explanation of Imam Al-Qari regarding the explanations of the good traits of Muhammad and their greatest benefits. The agreement of the biographical translators of Al-Qari that he was born in the city of (Herat) without specifying the year of birth, his Imamate, May Allah have mercy on him, in the science of Hadith. His knowledge, May Allah have mercy on him, of the books of the Sunnah and their explanations, and the vastness of his memorization, May Allah have mercy on him, of the Hadiths of the Prophet.
