المستخلص: إن علم الحديث الشريف فيه من القضايا الجزئية التي تحتاج إلى مزيد عناية وتحرير، وخصوصا فيما يتعلق بفقه الحديث ودلالته، وقد يجتمع في الحديث الواحد ما يستدعي النظر بطريقة متصلة واحدة جامعة بين النظر الإسنادي والنظر المتنمي، وذلك إذا كان الإشكال من جهة السند يترتب عليه إشكال فقهي، واستدلال على رأي من الآراء الفقهية، ولذا فإن هذا البحث يهدف إلى تحرير دليل من الأدلة الحديثية التي يستدل بها على تقرير مسألة التطبيق ومسألة موقف الإمام في الصلاة إذا كان معه اثنين، وذلك باستقراء الروايات، والطرق، وتخريجها، وتحرير ألفاظها، وبيان الراجح منها، وتوصل الباحثان إلى ضرورة العناية بألفاظ الأدلة التي يذكرها الفقهاء في كتبهم، وتحرير اللفظ الثابت الذي يصح الاستدلال به، وضرورة الجمع بين الدراسة الحديثية والدراسة في الفقهية بحيث يحصل التكامل بينهما. وقد اتبع الباحثان المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي حيث قام الباحثان بتتبع روايات الحديث وجمع طرقه وتحريرها، والحكم عليه وفق قواعد علم الحديث، والخروج بخلاصة في الحديث تبين لنا هل الحديث مرفوع أم موقوف، ثم المناقشة الفقهية المرتبة على هذا الحديث وذكر أقوال الفقهاء وأدلتهم في ذلك، مع تعريف ما يحتاج إليه من المصطلحات العلمية الخاصة بالبحث.

The science of prophetic traditions includes partial issues which need more attention and investigation, especially the issues related to the jurisprudence of Hadith and its significance. The content of a single Hadith may deserve extensive consideration of its chain of transmission and its text because if the problem is related to the transmission, it would bring about a jurisprudential issue which requires referring to one of the jurisprudential viewpoints. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to specify a clue from the Hadith evidence that would settle the issue of prostration and the position of the Imam in prayer if there two standing behind in congregation. This objective can be achieved by investigating the narrations, approaches, authentication and examining their words to decide the most preponderant one/s. The two researchers have concluded that it is necessary to consider the words of the clues stated by the jurists in their books and to specify the fixed word that is valid for proof. In addition, it is necessary to combine the Hadith study with the jurisprudential one so that they could integrate. The research follows the inductive- analytical approach where the two researchers have traced the narrations, the collecting methods and examined them to judge the Hadith according to the identifiable rules of this science. This approach would surely lead to the final conclusion whether this Hadith is traceable or untraceable then a jurisprudential discussion of the Hadith takes place with reference to the sayings of the jurists and their evidence as well as defining the specific scientific terms related to the research.
