المستخلص: إن الحديث عن العقائد حديث دقيق وخطير جدا، وذلك لما يترتب عليه من صلاح للمجتمع أو إفساد فيه، فصلاح العقائد يتناسب طرديا مع صلاح المجتمع، وعكسيا مع فساده، ويكاد يكون هذا القانون تكوينيا، نستشعره من خلال النصوص القرآنية الكثيرة ومنها قوله تعالى: (ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُمْ بَعْضَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ) سورة الروم الآية 41. فعلاقة الفساد بأعمال الناس واضحة جدا في هذه الآية، والواقع أن الأعمال مترتبة على إرادة الناس، وإرادة الناس مترتبة على عقولهم والعقول هي محل الاعتقاد، فالمحرك لليد هو إرادة العقل الممتلئ بالفكر، وهذا الفكر إما أن يكون مرتبطا بإرادة الله، أو مرتبطا بالهوى والزيغ الشيطاني، لذا نضع أيدينا على ضرورة العمل لإنبات عقائد حقة توجه نحو رضا الله تبارك وتعالى، وارتأيت تقديم هذا البحث بهيئة مبحثين تعالج قضية الإرهاب الفكري وارتباطه الوثيق بالعقائد؛ ذلك لأن الواقع التنظيري للمؤسسة الفكرية ذات العقائد المنحرفة قد وزع عمله على مستوى يتعامل معه على أساس الإرهاب الأمني والتصفية الجسدية، وقسم آخر يتعامل معه على أساس الإرهاب الفكري، وأكثر ما يقلق أن محافظاتنا الجنوبية تتعرض إلى الإرهاب الفكري من خلال تقديم المصاديق المزيفة لمفاهيم مرتبطة بالعقيدة الإسلامية والرموز التي تنادي بعملية الإصلاح قبيل ظهور الإمام الحجة عليه السلام مما يشوش على الناس عقائدهم، لذا من الضروري الدعوة إلى العمل المؤسساتي من أجل رصد الأشباه والنظائر المصطنعة ومحاربة فكرها المنحرف.

Talking about beliefs is a very sensitive and dangerous talk, due to the consequent benefit or corruption of society. The benefit of beliefs is directly proportional with the benefit of society, and inversely proportional with its corruption. This law is almost a formative one, that we can sense it through the many Quranic texts such HIS saying, "Corruption has appeared on land and sea is due to what the hands of people have earned, in order to make them taste some of what they have done." The relationship of corruption to people’s actions is very clear in this verse, and in fact, actions are based on people’s will, and the people’s will is based on their minds, and their minds are the subject of belief, as the mover of the hand is the will of the mind, which is filled with thought, and this thought is either linked to the will of Allah, or linked to desires and demonic deviation. Therefore, we put our hands on the necessity of action to grow true beliefs guiding to the satisfaction of Allah. I thought to present this research in a form of two chapters dealing with the issue of ideological terrorism and its tight connection to ideologies because the theoretical reality of the intellectual institution with deviant beliefs has distributed its actions to a level that deals with it on the basis of security terrorism and physical liquidation, and another section is dealing with it on the basis of ideological terrorism, as the most worrying thing is that our southern governorates are exposed to ideological terrorism by presenting false authentications of concepts related to faith. Islamic symbols and symbols calling for the reform process prior to the appearance of Imam al-Hijjah (peace be upon him), which confuses people with their beliefs. Therefore, it is necessary to call for institutional action in order to monitor artificial counterparts and combat their deviant ideology.
