|a تعد الفنادق أحد الركائز الأساسية في نجاح عملية النشاط السياحي للدول التي تمتلك مقومات سياحية متنوعة، وكون التصنيف الفندقي بأنواعه المتعددة يعبر عن مستوى الفنادق ودرجات رقيها وجودة الخدمات التي تقدمها، ففي محافظة كربلاء المقدسة أعتمد التصنيف الفندقي بمستوى الدرجات والنجوم للتعبير عن تلك الفنادق وخدماتها ضمن ظروف البلد على مستوى العرض الفندقي والطلب عليه لاسيما في مجال الإيواء الفندقي ضمن تلك العلاقة، ويسعى البحث لما توفرت من بيانات وإحصائيات ضمن سلسلة زمنية من 2010-2017 إلى تحديد دور تصنيف الفنادق على معرفة اتجاهات الطلب الإيوائي على الفنادق السياحية والشعبية في محافظة كربلاء. تعد زيارة الأربعين التي جسدت الدور البطولي للأمام الحسين عليه السلام وآل بيته من أهم المقومات السياحة الدينية التي تحتل المركز الأول لمحافظة كربلاء المقدسة سياحيا كونها أصبحت أحد الممارسات السنوية ذات الطقوس الروحية لمحبي لأهل البيت عليهم السلام وبالنظر لمكانة المحافظة الدينية والسياحية فلابد من الاهتمام في أبرز المقومات وهي الضيافة الفندقية لتحقيق رغبات الزائر شعوره بالراحة.
|b Hotels are one of the main pillars in the success of the tourism activity process in countries that have various tourism potentials, and the fact that the hotel classification with its various types reflects the level of hotels and their degrees of sophistication and the quality of the services they provide. In the holy governorate of Karbala, the hotel classification was adopted at the level of degrees and stars to express those hotels and their services within the circumstances of the country at the level of hotel supply and demand, especially in the field of hotel accommodation within that relationship. The research seeks for available data and statistics within a period starting in 2010 to 2017 in order to determine the role of hotel classification in knowing the trends of accommodation demand for tourist and popular hotels in Karbala. The Arbaeen pilgrimage, which embodied the heroic role of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and his family, is one of the most important components of religious tourism, which occupies the first place in the holy city of Karbala, as it has become one of the annual activities of spiritual rituals of people loyal to Ahl a-Bayt (peace be upon them) as it hold a religious and ideological character to them. Due to the religious status of the governorate, attention must be paid to the most important components of tourism services, which are hotel hospitality to fulfill the visitor’s wishes and feel comfortable.
