المستخلص: يتمحور موضوع المقال حول مقاربة الممارسات العلاجية الخاصة بمرض الإيدز وفيروس نقص المناعة البشري «HIV» والأمراض الانتهازية المصاحبة لهما، وما يرتبط بهذه الممارسات من تمثلات وخطابات ورهانات ذاتية وموضوعية مبررة للخيارات التي يتحدد من خلالها المسار العلاجي لبعض المصابين بهذا الداء، بوصفه مسارا مركبا يتداخل فيه أكثر من نمط علاجي. يروم هذا المقال تحليل ظاهرة التعددية العلاجية على ضوء المسار العلاجي لمريضة بالإيدز بمراكش، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية: ما المعنى الذي يمنحه الشخص المتعايش مع الإيدز وفيروسه للعلاج؟ وما علاقة هذا المعنى بالمعتقدات وبالتمثلات الاجتماعية السائدة عن مصدرية سبب المرض؟ ما هي الخطابات والتمثلات والرهانات المصاحبة للممارسات العلاجية للشخص المصاب، والمبررة لها في نفس الآن؟ هل تشكل الأنماط العلاجية التي يلجأ إليها الشخص المصاب نظاما علاجيا متكاملا، أم أنها تشكل أنظمة متعددة يحكمها منطق الصراع واللاتجانس؟ وكيف يفسر المريض إقدامه على أكثر من نمط علاجي في نفس الآن أو بشكل متفرق؟ وما الذي يجعل من نمط علاجي معين يهيمن على باقي الأنماط العلاجية الأخرى؟

This article tries to approach different healing practices of HIV/ AIDS and other related diseases that accompany them. It also tries to reveal the common representations, discourses, subjective and objective expectations that are related to these practices. This can justify the options through which the treatment course for some patients is determined, taking into consideration the complex process that includes different treatment styles. In this respect, the article aims at analyzing the phenomenon of various therapeutic protocols in light of the therapeutic journey of an AIDS patient in Marrakech by answering the following questions: What is the meaning that a person is living with HIV / AIDS gives to treatment? What is the relationship of this meaning to beliefs and prevailing social representations with regard to the source of this disease? What are the discourses, representations and the interrelated and justified expectations of the therapeutic practices of the affected person? Do the treatment patterns that the affected person resort to constitute an integrated treatment system, or do they constitute multiple systems governed by the logic of conflict and heterogeneity? How does the patient explain taking more than one treatment protocol at the same time or separately? What makes a certain treatment protocol dominate the rest of the other treatment protocols?

Cet article aborde la multiplicité des pratiques thérapeutiques du sida, du VIH et des maladies opportunistes associées, ainsi que les représentations, les discours, et les enjeux subjectifs et objectifs qui justifient les choix par lesquels la trajectoire thérapeutique du sida est déterminé, comme une trajectoire composite contenant plus d'un mode thérapeutique. Alors, cet essai vise à analyser la question de la pluralité thérapeutique à travers la trajectoire thérapeutique d'un patient atteint du sida à Marrakech en répondant aux questions suivantes: Quel est le sens du traitement et de la guérison chez un patient atteint du sida/VIH? Quel est le rôle des croyances et des représentations dominantes sur l'étiologie du sida dans la détermination du choix thérapeutique? Quels sont les discours, les représentations et les enjeux justifiés du pluralisme thérapeutique chez certains patients? Les modes de traitement utilisés par le patient sont-ils un système de traitement intégré, ou sont-ils de multiples systèmes conflictuels et hétérogènes? Comment le patient explique-t-il qu il a plus d'un mode de traitement? Qu'est-ce qui fait qu'un mode de traitement spécifique domine d'autres modes de traitement?
