The Algeriane SME is faced with major challenges that condition its growth ans sustainability, in this sense, the success of an entrepreneurial process be comes an indisputable variable in the excellence od the Algerian entrepreneur. From a the oretical retour on the concept of the entrepreneurial process, we will try to analyze the entrepreneur ship with in the Algerian SMEs bymobilizing a processual approach, the latter will allow us to dissect and examine the various links of the entre preneurial process in the SMEs in Algeria. La PME algérienne est confrontée à des défis majeurs qui conditionnent sa croissance et sa pérennité, dans ce sens, la réussite d’un processus entrepreneurial devient une variable incontestable dans l’excellence de l’entrepreneur algérien. A partir d’un retour théorique sur le concept du processus entrepreneurial, nous tenterons d’analyser l’entrepreneuriat au sein des PME algériennes en mobilisant une approche processuelle, cette dernière nous permettra de décortiquer et d’examiner les différents maillons du processus entrepreneurial au sein PME en Algérie. |
