المستخلص: In this study, we will expose all the producers concerning the preparation of the budget and action programs for their execution, which aim at an optimal management of water resources that are under the responsibility of the Algerian water company. This study also reflects the efforts of the previous company that do not cover the entire national territory, but makes it possible to connect the work of the government for an optimal management of water resources and reduce the water loss and waste which is its nature as well as its consumption. Given the lack of information, we will only provide statistics for the year 2016, concerning the action programs and the estimated budget by comparing them with the statistics of the year 2017 concerning the same elements.

Dans cette étude, il sera exposé toutes les procédures concernant la préparation des bilans et des programmes d’action pour l’exécution de ces bilans, qui visent à une gestion optimale des ressources hydriques incombant à l’algérienne des eaux. Cette étude reflète les efforts de l’algérienne des eaux, qui ne couvrent pas la totalité du territoire national, mais qui permet de relater l’oeuvre de l’Etat pour une gestion optimale des ressources hydriques et qui réduit les pertes et le gaspillage quelque soit sa nature ainsi que la rationalisation de la consommation. Vu le manque d’informations, cette étude se contentera de donner les statistiques relatives à l’année 2016, concernant les programmes d’action et le bilan prévisionnel, en les comparant avec les statistiques de l’année 2017 concernant les mêmes éléments.
