المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على جملة من الآداب الأساسية الضرورية لكل من المعلم والمتعلم عند الشاه ولي الله الدهلوي، واستنباط مجموعة من التطبيقات السلوكية لآداب المعلم والمتعلم داخل المنظومة التعليمية والمؤسسات التربوية الاجتماعية، وتجيب الدراسة على التساؤلات التي تدور حول ملامح آداب المعلم والمتعلم عند الشاه ولي الله الدهلوي؛ لأنه لا يستطيع المربي أن ينجح في مهمته إلا إذا كان عالما بأصول التربية ملما بقواعدها الفنية التي تهديه إلى وضع الشيء في موضعه، واختيار الأسلوب الأمثل، والمدة التي تتحملها طاقة الناشئ على ضوء اكتشاف المواهب، وترويض المؤثرات لاستخدامها في التوجيه المطلوب، والدراسات النفسية والتربوية والإلمام بقواعد الصحة، ومعرفة العلاقات بين التأثيرات النفسية والجسمية والعقلية لابد منها لبلوغ الغاية المرجوة من التربية. وارتكاز العملية التعليمية على الاهتمام بالجانب الأخلاقي، وعدم حرصها على الجوانب المعرفية للتعلم فقط، وتأهيل المعلم للتعليم بتنمية قدراته الأخلاقية؛ لذا اهتم الدهلوي بالمعلم والمتعلم، وحرص على تأديبهم بالآداب؛ وعلى هذا الضوء يقدم الدهلوي نصائح عامة، وواجبات المعلم نحو الطالب، وواجبات المتعلم نحو المعلم.

By doing so, both the educational system and the society would be beneficial for all stakehohlders In view of that, this study aims to recognize and realize a set of fundamental ethics and the morals necessary for both the teacher and the learn according the view point of Shah Wail Allah El-Dahlawi. It further aims to deduct a set of Ethics of teacher and the learner inside the educationl system as well as the educationl and social in stitution The studuy has provided answers to the questions raised over the characteristcs of ethics of teacher and the learner according to the view point of Shah Wali Allah El-Dahlawi as well as the most import educationl applications. The importance of the research is that it is a study of the educational efforts and opinions of Shah Wali Allah El-Dahlawi, because the educator cannot succeed in his mission unless he is a scientist of the fundamentals of education who is familiar with its technical rules that guide him to put the thing in its place and choose the appropriate method and material that the energy of the emerging learner will bear in light of the discovery of talents and taming influences to be used in the required direction. Psychological and educational studies and familiarity with the rules of health and knowing the relationship between psychological, physical and mental influences must attain the desired goal of education. This is why El-Dahlawi cared about the teacher and the learner and was keen on disciplining them with etiquette, and on this light El-Dahlawi writes in details general advice of the teacher's duties towards the student and the duties of the learner towards seeking knowledge.
