أخصائي النشاط الرياضي بمحافظة الدقهلية، استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث علي عينة قوامها (١٧٠) أخصائي أنشطة رياضية من العاملين بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة الدقهلية، حيث تم تقسيم عينة البحث إلي (٤٠) أخصائي نشاط عينة استطلاعية و(130) عينة دراسة أساسية، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية من أندية محافظة الدقهلية والتي شملت (٩) أندية مقسمين علي خمسة مراكز بالمحافظة وهي (شربين، المنصورة، طلخا، دكرنس، بني عبيد)، ومن أدوات جمع البيانات مقياس ثقافة الخدمات الترويحية (إعداد الباحثون)، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن: ارتفاع معدل استجابات عينة أخصائي الأنشطة الرياضية على محاور استبيان ثقافة الخدمات الترويحية، حيث تراوحت النسبة المئوية لاستجابات العينة لمحاور ثقافة الخدمات الترويحية ما بين (75.30%) إلى (84.35%). - ارتفاع معدل ثقافة الخدمات الترويحية لدي أخصائي الأنشطة الرياضية العاملين بأندية محافظة الدقهلية. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استبيان ثقافة الخدمات الترويحية ومتغير المؤهل الدراسي لأخصائي النشاط، حيث تراوحت قيمة (ت) المحسوبة بين (0.61: 2.76)، حيث إن قيمة (ت) المحسوبة أقل من قيمة (ت) الجدولية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05). - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الدرجات الوظيفية المختلفة لأخصائي النشاط الرياضي واستبيان ثقافة الخدمات الترويحية، حيث تراوحت قيمة (ف) المحسوبة بين (0.81: 9.22) حيث أن قيمة (ف) المحسوبة أعلي من قيمتها الجدولية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05). - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استبيان ثقافة الخدمات الترويحية ومتغير المؤهل الدراسي لأخصائي النشاط، حيث تراوحت قيمة (ت) المحسوبة بين (0.61: 2.76)، حيث إن قيمة (ت) المحسوبة أقل من قيمة (ت) الجدولية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05)
The aim of the research is to measure the level of the culture of recreational services and its relationship to some variables among the sports activity specialist in Dakahlia Governorate. The researchers used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research on a sample of (170) sports activities specialist working in sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate, where the research sample was divided into (40) specialist activity survey sample and (130) a basic study sample, they were chosen randomly from the clubs of Dakahlia governorate, which included (9) clubs divided into five centers in the governorate, which are (Sinblawein, Mansoura, Talkha, Dikirnis, Aga), and from Data collection tools: Recreational services culture scale (prepared by researchers). The search results resulted in: The high rate of responses of the sports activities specialist sample to the axes of the recreational services culture questionnaire, where the percentage of the sample responses to the axes of the recreational services culture ranged between (75.30%) to (84.35%). The high rate of recreational services culture among the sports activities specialist working in the Dakahlia Governorate clubs. - There are no statistically significant differences between the recreational services culture questionnaire and the educational qualification variable for the activity specialist, where the calculated (t) value ranged between (0.61: 2.76), as the calculated (t) value is less than the tabular (t) value at a significant level (0.05), - There are statistically significant differences between the different job grades of the sports activity specialist and the recreational services culture questionnaire, where the calculated (F) value ranged between (9.22: 0.81), as the calculated (F) value is higher than its tabular value at the level of significance (0.05). - There are no statistically significant differences between the recreational services culture questionnaire and the educational qualification variable for the activity specialist, where the calculated (t) value ranged between (0.61: 2.76), as the calculated (t) value is less than the tabular (t) value at a significant level (0.05)
