تناولت هذه الدراسة المفهوم مبرح دلالات نصوص الكتاب والسنة في المسائل الفقهية والأصولية، وهو معنى تحقيق المناط ومعرفة الأحكام الشرعية واستنباط الفوائد العلمية التي يتوصل بها إلى مقاصد التشريع والحكمة من العمل بها وسكون النفس إليها بالقين والإيمان، فتناولت الدراسة معنى دلالة مفهوم نصوص الكتاب والسنة وأقسامها، ودلالة الموافقة وحجيتها وأقسامها، ودلالة المخالفة وحجيتها، وأنواع مفهوم المخالفة، وتعريف الدلالة الخاص والعام وأنواعهما في الكتاب والسنة، ودلالة العام في الصيغ التي يختص بها العموم، وحكم العمل بالعام ودلالته، وأنواعه، وتخصيص العمومات، ودلالة الخاص. فاتبع الباحث في إثبات ذلك طرق ومناهج البحوث العلمية المتبعة، كالمنهج الوصفي الذي يعتمد على التحليل والمنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي والتاريخي للوصول إلى أهم النتائج، وفي الخاتمة ذكر الباحث بعض من النتائج مثل: أن دلالة اللفظ تدل على معناه مطابقة، وعلى جزئه تضمنا، وعلى لازمه الذهني التزاما. وأن دلالة المنطوق على أن حكمه ثابت للمسكوت لكونه أولى منه. وهي التي تسمى مفهوم الموافقة. وأن الجمهور يقسمون الدلالة إلى دلالة منطوق ودلالة مفهوم. ثم أورد الباحث المصادر والمراجع.
This study dealt with the concept of the implications of the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah in jurisprudence and fundamental issues, which is the meaning of fulfilling the mandate, knowing the legal rulings, and deducing the scientific benefits that lead to the purposes of legislation and the wisdom of working with them, and the calmness of the soul towards it with conviction and faith. And the significance of approval and its authority and its divisions, the significance and authoritativeness of disagreement, the types of the concept of disagreement, the definition of the specific and general significance and their types in the Qur’an and the Sunnah, the indication of the general in the formulas that are specific to the general, the rule of action in the general and its significance, and its types, the allocation of generalities, and the significance of the special. To prove this, the researcher followed the methods and methods of scientific research followed, such as the descriptive approach that relies on analysis and the inductive, deductive and historical approach to reach the most important results, and in the conclusion the researcher mentioned some of the results such as: The connotation of the word indicates its meaning in conformity with its part, its implication, and its mental imperative.
