المستخلص: إن إشكالية الهوية والثقافة من بين أكثر المواضيع اهتماما من طرف الباحثين المعاصرين، فالهوية والثقافة تمثل الذاتية والخصوصية، وهي القيم والمبادئ التي تشكل الأساس لبناء الشخصية الفردية أو المجتمعية، وهوية الفرد هي عقيدته ولغته وحضارته وتاريخه. وكذلك هوية المجتمع هي الروح المعنوية والجوهر الأصيل لكيان الأمة، والوعي بالذات الاجتماعية والثقافية، وهي ليست ثابتة، إنما تتغير تبعا لتغير الواقع الاجتماعي لكل مجتمع من المجتمعات، بل أكثر من ذلك فداخل كل هوية هويات متعددة ذات مستويات مختلفة، ولا تعد معطى قبلي بل الإنسان هو الذي يخلقها وفقا لصيرورة التحول. والمجتمع الجزائري عرف العديد من الثقافات التي حملت معها عادات وتقاليد مختلفة ولغات ولهجات عديدة، كما أدخلت هذه الحضارات أديانا جديدة، وحاولت كل حضارة أن تمحو آثار الحضارة التي سبقتها في المنطقة، غير أن الفرد الجزائري أخذ عنها بتأثير عامل الزمن ممارسات معينة، لكنه لم يندمج فيها، سواء أثناء فترة الاستعمار الذي حاول طمس هويته، أو خلال أزمة الهوية المتعلقة بأحد أهم مقوماته، وهي الأمازيغية، حيث حاول جاهدا تحقيق الوحدة الوطنية، وبقي متمسكا بأصالته في ظل العولمة والغزو الثقافي التي عملت على نشر ثقافات دخيلة وتحديات فكرية تهدد شخصيته، فبقي متمسكا بدينه ولغته، التي تعبر عن هويته وثقافته.
