المستخلص: يصبح إعلان حالة الطوارئ الصحية قرارا استراتيجيا يهدف إلى الحد من تفشي الفيروس في البلاد، من خلال اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة وقاسية لا مفر من انعكاساتها السلبية على المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والسياسي، وعلى حقوق المرضي، في هذا السياق، أجرينا دراسة ميدانية بهدف تسليط الضوء على قضية حقوق المرضى في زمن الأزمة الصحية للمرضى الذين تم إعلان شفاؤهم من مرض كوفيد 19 وغادروا مستشفى سيدي سعيد، والذين تمت متابعتهم في مبني فندقي من قبل فريق طبي وشبه طبي. مدة هذه الدراسة 45 يوما، عدد المرضى 89، وقد تم تحديد بعض المتغيرات المختلفة الضرورية لهذه الدراسة، التي أظهرت أن المستوى الأكاديمي، والعمر، عامل محدد في نوعية الجواب أما نوع الجنس يبقى محدود التأثير.

The declaration of a state of health emergency becomes a strategic provision and a capital decision aimed at curbing the spread of the virus in the country, by adopting urgent and aggressive measures whose societal, economic and political backlash is inevitable, and the impact on patients' rights is inevitable. In this context, we carried out a field survey for patients declared cured on a negative 2nd PCR and discharged from the SIDI SAID hospital, and who were followed in a hotel structure by a medical and paramedical team, with the aim of to shed light on this issue of patients' rights in this time of health crisis. The period of this investigation is 45 days; the number of patients is 89 cases, which are classified according to different variables essential for this study. Our analysis showed that the level of academic training, age is of a lower quality gender; seem to influence the classification and firmness of the respondents.

La déclaration de l'état d'urgence sanitaire, devienne une disposition stratégique et une décision capitale visant à freiner la propagation du virus dans le pays, par l'adoption des mesures urgentes et agressives dont le contrecoup sociétal, économique et politique est inévitable, et le retentissement sur les droits des patients est inéluctable. Dans ce contexte, nous avons effectué une enquête sur terrain pour des patients déclarés guéris sur une 2éme PCR négatives et sortants de l'hôpital SIDI SAID, et qui étaient suivis dans une structure hôtelière par une équipe médicale et paramédicale, dans un but de mettre en lumière cette question des droits des patients dans ce temps de crise sanitaire. La période de cette enquête est de 45 jours, le nombre des patients est de 89 cas, qui sont classés selon des différents variables essentiels pour cette étude. Notre analyse a montré que le niveau de formation académique, l'âge, est d'une qualité plus faible le sexe, semblent influencer la classification et la fermeté des répondants.
