|a يهدف البحث إلى ابتكار تصميمات للملابس المنزلية تناسب مرضى ضمور العضلات وتفي باحتياجاتهم الوظيفية والجمالية يتوافر فيها عوامل الراحة والعناية كأحد المعايير الأرجونومية الهامة، وسهولة عملية الارتداء والخلع للمرضي والقائمين على رعايتهم من خلال تنوع أماكن الفتحات وعددها والوسائل المستخدمة في الغلق والفتح، ويساهم البحث في تسليط الضوء على فئة مرضي ضمور العضلات حيث أشغل هذا المرض الكثير من العلماء في الفترة الأخيرة لأسباب متنوعة منها زيادة انتشاره دون معرفة الأسباب المؤدية إلى ذلك بشكل قطعي وأثره السلبي على الحالة النفسية للمريض فهو يعتبر شكلا من أشكال الإعاقة الجسدية ويؤثر على الأداء الوظيفي فيتوقف المريض عن القيام بنشاطه الجسدي بشكل طبيعي فيحدث قصور في التحكم العضلي ونقص القدرة على قبض الأشياء وصعوبة في استخدام الذراعين وأيضا لعدم توصل الطب لعلاج ضمور العضلات حتى الآن، لذا كان من الضروري سد متطلباتهم من الملابس المنزلية خاصة أنهم يرتدونها فترة زمنية طويلة من اليوم وفتح المجال لهم للاعتماد على أنفسهم في ارتداء وخلع ملابسهم وذلك في المراحل الأولى للمرض وتسهيل عملية الارتداء والخلع للقائمين على رعايتهم، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التطبيقي من خلال عمل (10) تصميمات (5 رجالي و 5 نسائي) وكانت أدوات البحث إعداد استبانة استقصاء عن بعض المشكلات التي تواجه مرضى ضمور العضلات من خلال عينة البحث وهم (مجموعة من الأفراد المصابين بمرض ضمور العضلات وعددهم (16 مريض) في محافظة المنوفية من داخل جمعية (المستقبل) الخيرية لخدمة مرضى ضمور العضلات وتحديد احتياجاتهم من الملابس المنزلية ومدى قبول التصميمات المقترحة، واستبانة أخرى لتقييم التصميمات من قبل السادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكليات المتخصصة وتنفيذ التصميمات التي حققت أعلى نتائج بعد المعالجة الإحصائية، وقد جاءت نتائج البحث محققة لفروضه من حيث: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات آراء المحكمين والمرضى في تحقيق الأرجنومية في التصميمات المقترحة للجانب الجمالي والوظيفي والراحة، وكذلك تنفيذ التصميم "الأول والسابع" والحاصل على أعلى تقييم وفقا لآراء المحكمين.
|b The research aims to create home clothing designs suitable for patients with muscular dystrophy and meet their functional and aesthetic needs, in which comfort and care factors are available as one of the important ergonomic criteria, and the ease of wearing and taking off for patients and their caregivers through the diversity of the places of openings, their number and the methods used in closing and opening, and the research contributes to shed light on a group of patients with muscular dystrophy, where this disease has occupied many scientists, in the recent period, for a variety of reasons, including its increase in spread without definitive knowledge of the reasons leading to this and its negative impact on the psychological state of the patient, the use of the arms and also the lack of medicine to treat muscular dystrophy yet, so it was necessary to meet their requirements of household clothes, especially since they wear them for a long period of the day and open the way for them to depend on themselves wearing and taking off their clothes in the early stages of the disease or facilitating the process of wearing and taking off their caregivers, and the research followed the applied analytical approach through the work of (10) designs (5 men and 5 women) and the research tools were to prepare a questionnaire to investigate some of the problems faced by muscle atrophy patients Through the research sample, they are a group of (16 sick) individuals with muscular dystrophy in Menoufia Governorate within the(Future Association) Charity for the service of patients with muscular dystrophy, determining their needs for household clothing and the extent of acceptance of designs, and another questionnaire for evaluating designs by gentlemen members of the teaching staff in specialized colleges and implementing designs that achieved the highest results after statistical treatment. The results of the research were verifying its hypotheses in terms of: There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the opinions of the referees and the patients regarding the achievement of ergonomics in the proposed designs for the aesthetic, functional and comfort aspects, as well as the implementation of the “first and seventh” designs that obtained the highest evaluation according to the opinions of the arbitrators.
