المستخلص: China's ability to innovate gradually rose as the Chinese economy sought to catch up with developed countries, as China shifted from imitating technologies, introducing and learning foreign technologies, to conducting research and self- development. China has become a good technology base thanks to the input of science and technology over a long period of accumulation of technological experience and expertise. Currently, innovation-driven development in China is entering an active phase through the ability of Chinese innovation to shift from quantitative to qualitative change. China will make more efforts to reduce deficiencies in the system, define the incentive mechanism, complete the innovation system, and build a new, more effective system. China, under the leadership of innovation and development, has maintained the rapid growth of the economy at a medium to high rate for long periods, and accelerated the shift from a mode of development and investment driven to a mode of development driven by efficiency and innovation. At the same time, China plays an important role in promoting the recovery of the global economy, globalization and upgrading the system of governance. Under the new situation, the development of innovation in China will undergo systemic reform and will have an impact on an increasing number of emerging economies, and even the whole world.
