المستخلص: البحث بعنوان: الإبهاج في حسن المنهاج، وهو عبارة عن دراسة تحليلية منهجية لكتاب القواعد النورانية لشيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله. وتكمن أهمية هذا البحث في أنه دراسة تحليلية لكتاب من كتب القواعد الفقهية المتميزة، وقد تميز هذا الكتاب في كونه أصلا في الضوابط والقواعد الفقهية، وأصلا في قواعد التوجيه والتربية في النظر والاستدلال، وما يتعلق بذلك، وأصلا في معرفة أصول الأئمة الأربعة وفقهاء أهل الحديث في أبواب الفقه، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الانتفاع بما في هذا الكتاب القيم من كنوز علمية قد لا توجد في غيره، كما تهدف إلى إثراء المعرفة الفقهية والأصولية والتربوية للمتعلم المبتدئ والمنتهى، وتساهم في معرفة أسرار هذا الكتاب، وما حواه من علم غزير وقواعد جامعة نافعة، وقد سلكت لتحقيق هذا الهدف المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وقد خلصت في ختام هذا البحث إلى نتائج أهمها: أن كتاب القواعد النورانية يعتبر أصلا في القواعد والضوابط الفقهية، وأنه يعتبر أصلا في قواعد التوجيه والتربية في النظر والاستدلال، وأنه يعتبر أصلا في معرفة أصول الأئمة الأربعة وفقهاء أهل الحديث، وأنه يعتبر أصلا في بيان حكم الشريعة وأسرارها ومقاصدها.

The research is entitled: Al-Ibhaj fi Husni Al- Minhaj, which is an analytical systematic study of the book Al-Qawaid Al-Noraniah by Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, May God have mercy on him. The importance of this research lies in the fact that it is an analytical study of one of the distinguished Qawaid Al-Fiqhiyyah (rules and regulations of jurisprudence) books. The outstanding feature of this book is it is a foundation to the essential principals of Qawaid Al- Fiqhiyyah. It is a foundation in guidance and pedagogy regulations correlated to contemplating and extracting evidence and what is associated to that. It is a foundation to knowledge pertaining to the origin of the four imams and the jurists of Ahul Hadith in jurisprudence chapters. The objective of this study is to benefit from what lies contained in this profound book of treasures of knowledge that may not be found elsewhere. It also endeavors to shed light on knowledge linked to the science of Fiqh (jurisprudence), Usol (principals of Islamic jurisprudence) and Tarbiyyah (pedagogy) to a beginner as well as an advance seeker of knowledge. It contributes to the understanding of the secrets of this book and what it contains of great knowledge and comprehensive beneficial principals. To achieve this goal, I have taken the inductive-analytical approach. To the end of this research, I made outcome findings, the most important of these were: the book Al-Qawaid Al-Noraniah is considered a foundation in Qawaid Al-Fiqhiyyah as well as Dhawabit Al-Fiqhiyyah. It is considered a foundation in guidance and pedagogy regulations related to contemplating and extracting evidence. It is considered a foundation in to knowledge pertaining to the origin of the four imams and the jurists of Ahul Hadith. It is considered a foundation in clarifying the Shariah ruling, its hidden secrets and its objectives.
