المستخلص: يتناول موضوع الدراسة الأليات الدولية التي أقرها المجتمع الدولي من أجل وقاية الموظف العام من الفساد بداية والمتمثلة في الاتفاقيات الدولية لمكافحة الفساد ثم كيف كرس المشرع الجزائري هذه الاتفاقية في التشريع الوطني الداخلي وذلك في الجزء الأول من هذا البحث. وفي الجزء الثاني تناولت الدراسة الأليات الوطنية لوقاية الموظف العام من الفساد وكيف كرسها المشرع الجزائري في قوانين الوظيفة العمومية وما هي المبادئ والشروط والضمانات التي تجعل الموظف العام في منأى عن هذه الظاهرة.

The study’s subject deals with the international mechanisms adopted by the international community in order to protect the public official from corruption as an outset, which are the international counter corruption conventions and how the Algerian legislator devoted this Convention into the national legislation, in the first part of this research paper. In the second part, the study dealt with the national mechanisms to protect the public official from corruption, how the Algerian legislator has been enshrined them in the public function law, And what are the principles, conditions and guarantees that make the public official immune to this phenomenon.

l'étude focalise sur les mécanismes internationaux adoptés par la communauté internationale afin de protéger le fonctionnaire public de la corruption dès le départ, qui sont les conventions internationales contre la corruption et comment le législateur algérien a consacré cette convention dans la législation nationale, in the first part of this research paper. Dans la seconde partie, l'étude a porté sur les mécanismes nationaux de protection de l'agent public contre la corruption, comment le législateur algérien les a consacrés dans la loi de fonction publique, Et quels sont les principes, les conditions et les garanties qui rendent le fonctionnaire public immunisé contre ce phénomène.
