المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في مكاتب التعليم للبنات في منطقة عسير، والتعرف على دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين أداء المنظمة المتعلمة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع مديرات مكاتب التعليم والمشرفات بمنطقة عسير لعام 1440ه/2018م، وعددهن 287 مشرفة اختارت الباحثة عينة عشوائية عددها 101 مشرفة بنسبة 35% من المجتمع الأصلي، ولتحقيق أهدافه تم بناء استبانة شملت محورين الأول واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في مكاتب التعليم والثاني التعرف على دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين أداء المنظمة المتعلمة، وخلص البحث إلى أن تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في مكاتب التعليم في منطقة عسير من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة كانت متوسطة، كما خلص البحث إلى أهمية تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في مكاتب التعليم لما لها من دور في تحسين ثقافة المنظمة وإكساب مكاتب التعليم المعرفة المعلوماتية لتطوير أداء المنظمة المتعلمة والتي تنعكس بدورها على النظم والقواعد والإجراءات واللوائح السائدة المعمول بها، كما وضح البحث وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة المعرفة وتحسين أداء المنظمة المتعلمة، وهذا يتفق مع النظريات ذات الصلة بالإدارة حيث تلعب إدارة المعرفة دور بارز ومهم في تحسين أداء المنظمات التعليمية في منطقة عسير. ولقد توصل البحث لعدد من التوصيات منها أنه يتوجب على إدارة مكاتب التعليم للبنات بمنطقة عسير العمل على تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية المُقدمة، حيث سيساهم ذلك في تنمية القطاع التعليمي باعتباره أحد مرتكزات التنمية التي لا غنى عنها، وإنشاء إدارة الكترونية أو وحدة ملحقة بمكاتب التعليم تهتم بإدارة المعرفة وربطها بالإدارات الأخرى، والعمل على زيادة حصة مكاتب التعليم بمنطقة عسير من الميزانية الحكومية لدعم وحدة إدارة المعرفة في مكاتب التعليم، والاهتمام بقطاع تكنولوجيا التعليم، وتعزيز مفاهيم استخدام إدارة المعرفة لدى مكاتب التعليم في منطقة عسير، والعمل على تدريب العاملين في مكاتب التعليم في منطقة عسير وتأهيلهم بشكل ينعكس إيجابيا في تطور مهاراتهم في المعرفة وإدارتها.

Research goals: To identify the level of the application of knowledge management in the educational offices in Asir region in the light of the learning organization andIdentifying the role of knowledge management in improving the performance of the learning organization in the educational offices in Asir region. Research Methodology The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach to collect, categorize and classify the data. Research target population and design: The research population consists of all supervisors in the offices of education in Asir region, (287 offices) out of which a random representative sample of 101 supervisors were chosen. Results: - The application of knowledge management in education offices in Asir region from the point of view of sample respondents was moderate. Knowledge bases on which knowledge management is based in education offices are available only to office staff and are not advertised in official databases. - The desire of education offices managers and supervisors to establish a knowledge management unit containing all the knowledge resources of the organization. - There is a positive significant correlation between knowledge management and improvement of the performance of the learning organization, and this is consistent with management-related theories, where knowledge management plays a prominent and important role in improving the performance of educational organizations in Asir Region. Recommendations: - The Directorate of Education Offices in Asir region should work to improve the quality of educational services provided, which will contribute to the development of the educational sector as one of the indispensable development factors. - Establishment of an electronic department or unit attached to the education offices concerned with knowledge management and linking them to other studies. - Increasing the budget by the government to support the knowledge management units in education offices in the Asir region - Paying attention to the education technology sector, and promote the concepts of the use of knowledge management in the offices of education in Asir region. - Working on the training of staff in the offices of education in the Asir region and prepare them in a way that reflected positively in the development of their skills in knowledge management. - It is best to provide awards and incentives to creators in the field of knowledge management because of their role in increasing the productivity of workers in the Education Offices in Asir Region.
