المستخلص: بالرغم من تعاطينا اليومي مع عملاتنا المحلية بشكل عفوي، إلا أن المحتوى التصميمي لهذه العملات يعتبر أحد أهم مكونات الهوية الوطنية. الأمر الذي يعطي لهذه الأوراق أهمية كبيرة. معماريا، فإن المحتوى التصميمي للعملات الوطنية المصرية زاخر بعدد كبير من النماذج المعمارية كتأكيد على عمق تأثير العمارة على الهوية المصرية والصورة الذهنية المعبرة عن مصر الحضارة والدولة. من هذه النقطة فالبحث يسعى لرصد نوعية المنتج المعماري الممثل على أوراق العملات النقدية الحالية، بصفتها أحد أهم مظاهر التعبير عن الهوية القومية المصرية. كما يسعى البحث لرصد الحقب التاريخية الغير ممثلة على أوراق العملات النقدية الورقية وذلك لرصد الخلل في التعبير المكتمل عن الهوية المصرية المعمارية ومحاولة تلافيه في الإصدارات النقدية المستقبلية. كما يهدف البحث لرصد علاقة المعلم المعماري المستخدم وعلاقته بقيمة العملة مقارنة بنفس الورقات النقدية الأخرى. خلص البحث إلى النتائج التالية: 1-ضرورة الحفاظ على التمثيل المعماري الحالي كعنصر معبر عن الهوية المصرية، مع ضرورة إظهار التنوع الحضاري في العمارة المصرية. 2-مرعاة القيمة التاريخية والتراثية للعناصر المعمارية وربطها بقيمة الورقة النقدية. 3-عدم تجاهل المعالم المعمارية الرمزية كالهرم الأكبر والمعابد الشهيرة. 4-ضرورة استخدام معالم معمارية معاصرة لإظهار أن العمارة كهوية مصرية ما تزال قادرة على التعبير عن مصر. 5-يقدم البحث قائمة بمجموعه من المعالم المعمارية في حقب مصر التاريخية المختلفة كمقترحات يمكن الاختيار منها بشرط وضع معايير واضحة من متخذ القرار لاختيار المعالم المفترض وضعها على الأوراق النقدية، الجدول التالي يوضح قائمة بأهم المعالم في كل حقبة حضارية. بعد إعداد هذا البحث وفي نهاية شهر يوليو 2021 تم طرح نموذجين لعملة بلاستيكية جديدة يطرحها البنك المركزي المصري بتصميمات حديثه لفئة العشرة والعشرون، وبعد طرح نماذج العملات الجديدة إعلاميا ثارت حالة من الجدل الإعلامي انتهت بإعلان البنك المركزي المصري أن النماذج المتداولة لم يتم اعتمادها بشكل نهائي، وأنها لا تزال في طور التطوير والتعديل.

Despite our daily dealings with our local currencies spontaneously, the design content of these currencies is one of the most important components of the national identity, which gives these papers great importance. Architecturally, the design content of the Egyptian national currencies is replete with a large number of architectural models as an affirmation of the depth of the impact of architecture on the Egyptian identity and the mental image that expresses Egypt, the civilization and the state. From this point, the research seeks to monitor the quality of the architectural product represented on the current banknotes, as it is one of the most important manifestations of the expression of the Egyptian national identity. The research also seeks to monitor historical periods that are not represented on banknotes, in order to monitor the defect in the complete expression of the Egyptian architectural identity and try to avoid it in future monetary issues. The research also aims to monitor the relationship of the architectural landmark used and its relationship to the value of the currency compared to the same other banknotes. The search found the following results: 1- The need to preserve the current architectural representation as an expressive element of the Egyptian identity, with the need to show the cultural diversity in Egyptian architecture. 2- Taking into account the historical and heritage value of the architectural elements and linking them to the value of the banknote. 3- Not to ignore the symbolic architectural features such as the Great Pyramid and the famous temples. 4- The necessity of using contemporary architectural features to show that architecture as an Egyptian identity is still able to express Egypt. 6- The research presents a list of a group of architectural monuments in the different historical eras of Egypt as proposals that can be chosen from, provided that clear criteria are set by the decision maker to choose the landmarks supposed to be placed on banknotes. The following table shows a list of the most important landmarks in each civilized era. After preparing this research and at the end of July 2021, two models for a new plastic currency were presented by the Central Bank of Egypt with modern designs for the category of the twenty-ten. And it is still in the process of development and modification.
