|a يشكل التراث المخطوط بواحات الجنوب المغربي حقلا بكرا، وميدانا خصبا، ليس على مستوى تحقيق محتوياته ودراستها، ولكن أيضا على مستوى تحديد مفهوم هذا المحتوى، وإدراك خصائصه واستيعاب أبعاده، الأمر الذي يضاعف مسؤولية من يتصدى لتراث الواحات المخطوط بحثا وتصنيفا وتحقيقا ودراسة وما إلى ذلك، يضاف إلى هذا التحول الثقافي والتغيرات الجوهرية في مفهوم الكتاب ووسائل التعلم والتوثيق. إلى جانب ضعف الحماية القانونية، كلها عوامل تتظافر لتبرز معها تحديات حقيقية للمحافظة على البعد الوظيفي للممتلكات الثقافية، ومن ثم تصير الحماية والتثمين ضرورة ملحة. لقد حان الوقت لإعادة النظر بشكل جدي في تراثنا المخطوط وخاصة منه الواحي، والتفكير فيه تفكيرا كليا انطلاقا من إدخاله في نسيج الحياة العصرية وتحفيز دوره ليكون عاملا رئيسا في بناء نهضة ذات خصوصية تكسبه درجة من الإبداعية أكثر تميزا وتألقا، وتلك خدمة أدبية وحضارية وإنسانية تقع مسؤوليتها على عاتقنا كباحثين هدفهم السعي إلى تحقيق هذا الدور وما يمكن أن نقوم به في مجال خدمة تراثنا الوطني.

In addition to the weakness of legal protection, all of these factors combine to present real challenges in preserving the functional dimension of cultural property, and he time has come to seriously become an urgent necessity. thus protection and valuation reconsider our manuscript heritage, especially Al-Wahi, and to think about it fully, based on its incorporation into the fabric of modern life, and motivating its role to be a major factor in building a special renaissance that earns it a degree of creativity that is more distinguished and brilliant. It is our responsibility as researchers whose goal is to strive to achieve this role and what we can do in the field of serving our national heritage.
