|a تبحث هذه الدراسة حول مدى تأثير تطور النظام السياسي التركي على السياسة الخارجية التركية، وانعكاس ذلك على القضية الفلسطينية. وتعالج هذه الدراسة أهم التطورات التي حصلت على النظام السياسي التركي في عهد حزب العدالة والتنمية التركي من العام 2002 – 2020. وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على سمات النظام السياسي التركي، ومعرفة أهم التعديلات الدستورية على سمات النظام التركي، وأثر تطور النظام السياسي التركي على تغيير الموقف الرسمي التركي تجاه الملف الفلسطيني. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن النظام السياسي التركي قد تدرج في التطوير على شتى المستويات السياسية والاقتصادية والعسكرية والتشريعية وكافة والمستويات، ومنها السياسة الخارجية التركية، حيث أن هذا التطور كان له أثر إيجابي على القضية الفلسطينية، وساعد حزب العدالة والتنمية في تدرج التطور في دعم ومساندة القضية الفلسطينية، من خلال الاطلاع واستعراض لأهم التعديلات الدستورية على النظام السياسي التركي، وبالتالي هذه التطورات في النظام السياسي التركي، مثل إصلاح قوانين الحريات، وانتخاب الرئيس عن طريق التصويت الشعبي، وتعزيز السلطات المدنية، سهلت الطريق أمام قيادة حزب العدالة والتنمية للعمل بقوة واستقلالية، وقد ساعدت هذه التطورات قدرات تركيا في مجالات السياسة الخارجية التركية وموقفها الداعم للقضية الفلسطينية.
