|a نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين تغيرات أسعار النفط والإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1986-2018، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة غير الخطي وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة غير تناظرية بين أسعار النفط والإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري. حيث أن ارتفاع أسعار النفط يؤدي إلى زيادة حجم الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري، وبالتالي انتهاج الحكومة لسياسة توسعية. بينما انخفاض أسعار النفط يؤدي إلى انخفاض الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري ولكن بشكل أقل مقارنة في حالة الزيادة، وهذا نتيجة إتباع الحكومة لسياسة ترشيد وعقلنة النفقات العامة.
|b We aim through this study to know the nature of the relationship between oil price changes and government investment spending in Algeria during the period 1986-2018, using the Autoregressive Model for Non-Linear Distributed Time Gaps (NARDL), The study concluded that there is an asymmetric relationship between oil prices and government investment spending, as the rise in oil prices leads to an increase in the volume of government investment spending, and thus the government’s adoption of an expansionary policy, while the decline in oil prices leads to a decrease in government investment spending, but to a lesser extent compared to the case of the increase the result of the government's policy of rationalizing and rationalizing public expenditures.
