المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لإنشاء مستودع رقمي مؤسساتي لجامعة حفر الباطن؛ لكي يتم حصر أنماط وأشكال الإنتاج الفكري والرقمي الذي يصدر عن منسوبي الجامعة وتوفيره للمجتمع بأكمله؛ وذلك بالاعتماد على التوصيات والتجارب العربية والعالمية، علاوة على تجارب الجامعات السعودية في هذا المجال. ولقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج البحث المكتبي؛ حيث تم استخدامه في وصف المستودعات الرقمية اعتمادا على المعلومات التي تم جمعها من خلال استقراء التجارب والعناصر الأساس لتلك المؤسسات. فضلا عن مقارنة تلك التجارب للمستودعات الرقمية للجامعات، والحصول على المعلومات التي استخدمت في صياغة تصور للمستودع الرقمي. ولقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: إمكانية إنشاء مستودع رقمي عن طريق الاستفادة من الممارسات الخاصة بالمستودعات الموجودة في الوقت الحالي، ومن المتوقع أن يكون لهذا التصور- إذا تم تنفيذه في جامعة حفر الباطن- عدد من الفوائد منها: تعزيز التواصل بين الباحثين وكذلك تبادل الأفكار عن طريق إتاحة روابط دائمة إلى المواد الفردية، زيادة الاطلاع على الإنتاج البحثي من خلال تحسين فرص الوصول إليه، وقد اقترح الباحث عدة توصيات يتمثل أهمها في محاولة جامعة حفر الباطن الأخذ بهذا التصور المقترح من قبل الباحث وتنفيذه، حيث إنه من المتوقع أن يكون لهذا التصور فوائد تعود بالنفع على جامعة حفر الباطن، ومن هذه الفوائد أن تتمكن جامعة حفر الباطن من الحصول على رتبة أعلى في التصنيف العالمي الخاص بالجامعات، والترويج للمستودع الرقمي المؤسساتي لجامعة حفر الباطن على منصة المكتبة الرقمية السعودية وذلك لكي تتوفر لدى الباحثين والمتخصصين فرصة الاطلاع على الإنتاج العلمي لمنسوبي الجامعة.

The study aimed to suggest a framework for the establishment of an institutional digital repository at the University of HAFR AL BATIN to include the forms and types of intellectual and digital production issued by the university staff and make it available to the entire community, depending on recommendation, and the Arab and international universities experiences as well as the experiences of Saudi universities. The study relied on the desktop research approach, based on information collected through extrapolation of experiments and the basic elements of those institutions, Whereas I compared the experiments of these Institutional digital repositories and collected the information that were used to formulate the visualization of the digital repository of the University of HAFR AL BATIN. The study concluded several results; the most important of them are the possibility of establishing a digital repository by taking advantage of practices of existing digital repositories. This visualization of the institutional digital repository is expected to provide several benefits if is implemented at the University of HAFR AL BATIN such as strengthening communication between researchers as well as sharing ideas by providing permanent links to the individual materials, and permanent deposition of research production through the date of deposition. The researcher has proposed several recommendations, the most important of them are the need for the University of HAFR AL BATIN to implement this proposed concept, which was formulated by the researcher based on the best experiences and practices, where it is expected to have benefits to the University of HAFR AL BATIN, the first of which is to obtain an advanced rank in the International classification of universities. After its establishment, the institutional digital repository of The University of HAFR AL BATIN should be linked to the Saudi Digital Library to allow all researchers and specialists access to the scientific production of the university members.
