|a اختلفت المصادر الأدبية والأثرية (الإبيغرافية) حول مهام ودور الجمعيات الشبانية اليوفناس (luvenes) التي أسسها الإمبراطور نيرون. والتي استغلها فيما بعد باقي الأباطرة كأغسطس في المهام الإدارية والدينية والعسكرية بروما، بينما وظفت من قبل مقاطعاتها بمهام عدة عرفت تضاربا كبيرا بين الباحثين. لاسيما في المجال الرياضي والمدني والعسكري على حد سواء، ومن هنا أردنا تتبع الشواهد الأثرية المكتشفة في المقاطعات الإفريقية لمعرفة حقيقة دور هذه الجمعيات المسخرة كأدوات للإدارة الإمبراطورية الرومانية في النشاطات الرياضية والدينية في ثوب جمعيات ذات طابع مدني تتكون من عناصر محلية.
|b Literary and archaeological (epigraphic) sources differed on the tasks and role of the Iuvene associations founded by Emperor Nero, which were later exploited by the rest of the emperors like Augustus in administrative, religious and military tasks in Rome. While he was employed in his provinces on missions that experienced major conflicts between researchers, particularly in the sports field, both civilian and military. Thus, we wanted to trace the archaeological testimonies available in the African provinces, where they were exploited as tools of the Roman imperial administration in sporting and religious activities in the form of civil associations made up of local elements.
