This research discusses concept of secrets, concept of disease, concept of medicine, concept of protection, and concept of permissibility. Then, it clarified meaning of permissibility reasons. After that, the research discusses the jurisprudential adaptation for relationship between doctor and patient. Then, the research dealt affirms necessity of keeping secrets and prohibition of disclosing them. After that, the research clarifies the reasons, which permit to doctor to disclose patient’s secrets. Then, the research discusses the damages that result from disclosing patient’s secrets by doctor, which are various types of psychological, moral, physical, occupational, and financial damages. Then the research discusses the penalties that are imposed on doctor when he discloses secrets of patient, whereas it discusses discretionary penalty with advice, and penalty of reprimanding and threatening. After that, the research discusses ruling on financial penalties – fine. The research discusses also penalty of imprisonment and evidence proving legality of imprisonment penalty, and clarifies period of imprisonment, from the minimum to maximum period of imprisonment. Then, the research discusses penalty of depriving some of the rights established by Sharia. The research clarifies position of Islamic jurisprudence regarding right of patient to claim compensation from doctor who disclosed his secret, whereas the research clarifies ruling on compensating patient for physical damage incurred by him. After that, the research discusses ruling on compensating patient for physical damage incurred by him because of disclosing his secret by doctor.
