المستخلص: ارتبط الفاطميون بأسرة الصليحيين التي حكمت اليمن بعلاقات سياسية مميزة كون الطرفان ينتميان إلى الأفكار والعقائد نفسها. وكانت السجلات المستنصرية -وهي رسائل سياسية وإدارية أرسلت من ديوان الإنشاء الفاطمي باسم الخليفة المستنصر إلى الأمراء الصليحيين في اليمن -الأداة التي تعبر عن سياسة الفاطميين تجاههم. ولأهمية تلك الرسائل، وغناها بالمادة التاريخية، ولأنها وثائق أصيلة تحتوي على معلومات أكيدة من المادة التاريخية الأولية المهمة عن العلاقات بين الفاطميين والصليحيين، وتكشف عن نوع العلاقات السياسية بين الطرفين، عزمت على دراستها. يضاف إلى ذلك سبب في غاية الأهمية وهو عدم وجود دراسة مسبقة خاصة عن هذه السجلات تركز على فحواها ودورها في دراسة العلاقات الفاطمية بالصليحيين. فعلى الرغم من أهمية هذه الرسائل، وعلى الرغم من نشرها منذ ما يقارب السبعين سنة إلا أن اهتمام الباحثين اقتصر على أخذ ما يناسب دراساتهم من مادة علمية وليس دراستها نفسها بتركيز، كما أن تاريخ الخطاب السياسي الفاطمي تجاه اليمن لم يدرس، وهو بحاجة إلى بحوث ودراسات معمقة لسبر غوره وكشف ما خفي من جوانبه. لذلك فتعد دراستي هذه أول دراسة تختص بدراسة هذه السجلات وتركز على ما جاء بها من منهج ومحتوى وخطاب سياسي تجاه اليمن. وتكمن أهمية هذه السجلات في: كثرتها، وإطلاع الخليفة شخصيا على فحواها، وطول المدة التي كتبت فيها، وتنوع ما بها من أغراض. وهذا البحث مركز على دراسة الخطاب السياسي الفاطمي تجاه الصليحيين من خلال هذه السجلات. ومن قراءة السجلات المستنصرية يتضح الخطاب السياسي الفاطمي الموجه للصليحيين بكل ما فيه من عناصر والتي سنبينها في ثنايا هذا البحث. لذلك تشكل هذه السجلات الأساس في دراسة الخطاب السياسي الفاطمي تجاه الصليحيين. ومن هنا كان اختياري لدراسة ذلك الخطاب ومن خلال هذه السجلات بالذات.

The Fatimids were associated with the Sulayhids dynasty, which ruled Yemen with distinct political relations because the two sides belonged to the same ideas and beliefs. The Mustansiriya letters – which are political and administrative messages sent from the Fatimids writing court in the name of the caliph al-Mustansir to the Sulayhids princes in Yemen - were the instrument that reflected the Fatimids policy toward them. Due to the importance of these messages, enriched by historical material, and because they are authentic documents containing information from the important historical article on the important relations between the Fatimids and Sulayhids, and reveal the type of political relations between the parties, for all these reasons, I choosed to study them. In addition, there is a very important reason, which is the lack of a prior study of these letters, which focuses on their content and their role in the study of Fatimid relations with the Sulayhids. Despite the importance of these messages, and despite the publication of them for nearly seventy years, the researchers' attention was limited to taking the appropriate material of their studies, not studying it for itself, and the history of the Fatimid political speech towards Yemen has not been studied in-depth to explore and reveal its hidden aspects. Therefore, my study is the first that focuses on these letters, the curriculum, content and political speech towards Yemen. The importance of these letters lies in: their abundance, the personal knowledge of the caliph, the length of the period in which they were written, and the diversity of their purposes. This research focuses on the study of Fatimid political speech towards the Sulayhids through these letters. From the reading of Mustansiriya letters, it is clear that the Fatimid political speech addressed to the Sulayhids with all its elements, which we will show in the course of this research. These records thus form the basis for the study of Fatimid political speech towards the Sulayhids. Hence my choice is to study that speech and through these particular letters.
