المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى دراسة تأثير نشاط مديرية سياحة طرطوس في تنمية التبادل الثقافي والفكري في المدينة، حيث قامت الباحثة بتوزيع استبانة على مفردات عينة الدراسة من العاملين في مديرية سياحة طرطوس وبلغت 100 استبانة تم استرداد 95 استبانة، وكان صالحا منها للتحليل الإحصائي 94 استبانة، ولاختبار صدق الاستبانة قامت الباحثة باستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون. توصل البحث إلى وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية بين المتغير المستقل والمتغير التابع أي وجود تأثير لنشاط مديرية سياحة طرطوس في تنمية التبادل الثقافي والفكري بالمدينة. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مجموعة من التوصيات والتي من أهمها ضرورة قيام المؤسسات السياحية الحكومية بالمزيد من المشاركات الثقافية مع الدول المتقدمة سياحيا بما يسهم بتعزيز الصورة السياحية الإيجابية لبلدنا الحبيب، إضافة إلى إعداد المزيد من المقاطع التثقيفية السياحية على مواقعها الإلكترونية حول أهم المواقع السياحية بما يسهم بتعزيز الصورة الإيجابية وبالتالي تنمية التبادل الثقافي والفكري.

The aim of the research is to study the effect of the activity of the Tartous Tourism Directorate on the development of cultural and intellectual exchange in the city, where the researcher distributed a questionnaire to the vocabulary of the study sample of employees in the Directorate of Tourism of Tartous, and it amounted to 100 questionnaires, 95 questionnaires were retrieved, and 94 of them were valid for statistical analysis, and to test the validity of The questionnaire was used by the researcher using the Pearson correlation coefficient. The research concluded that there is a statistically significant effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable, that is, the presence of an impact on the activity of the Tartous Tourism Directorate in the development of cultural and intellectual exchange in the city. The study also concluded that there are a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need for government tourism institutions to carry out more cultural partnerships with the tourist developed countries in order to contribute to enhancing the positive tourist image of our beloved country, in addition to preparing more tourist educational videos on their websites about the most important tourist sites, which contributes to enhancing the positive image and thus developing cultural and intellectual exchanges.
