المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل المحتوى المرئي المتعلق بتحقيق أهداف التنمية عبر الصفحة الرسمية للمتحدث العسكري على الفيس بوك تحليلا سيميولوجيا، كذلك التعرف على كيفية توظيف هذا المحتوى في إبراز جهود القوات المسلحة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، ورصد أهم الاستراتيجيات الاتصالية التي يتم استخدامها عبر صفحة المتحدث العسكري، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في "تحليل المحتوى المرئي عبر الصفحة الرسمية للمتحدث العسكري على الفيس بوك تحليلا سيمولوجيا، والتعرف على مدى إسهام المؤسسة العسكرية المصرية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030"، وجاءت هذه الدراسة في إطار الدراسات الوصفية، اعتمادا على منهج المسح الإعلامي، وتوصلت النتائج إلى: ارتفاع معدل التفاعلية على منشورات الصفحة الرسمية للمتحدث العسكري عبر موقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيس بوك من خلال (التعليقات/ المشاهدات/ المشاركات)، وكانت الاستمالات المنطقية هي أكثر الاستمالات الإقناعية استخداما في المحتوى المقدم، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة السيمولوجية إلى أن: الصورة المقدمة من خلال المحتوى المرئي عبر الصفحة الرسمية للمتحدث العسكري كانت قد ركزت على تلك الجهود؛ التي تقوم بها المؤسسة العسكرية المصرية لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة ضمن رؤية مصر 2030، وذلك بالتعاون مع كافة مؤسسات الدولة في إطار إحكام المقاربة الشمولية إلى جانب مقاربة الفرد؛ لتحقيق التقدم والنمو والرخاء لمصر. حماية الأمن القومي لا تقف عند المفهوم العسكري فقط، ولكنها تشمل الأمن السياسي والأمن الاجتماعي والأمن الاقتصادي والأمن البيئي، وهو الهدف الأساسي والرئيس للقوات المسلحة المصرية (من حماية الأمن القومي بمفهومه الشامل ولا يمكن حصر دورها في حماية الحدود فقط).

This study aimed to analyze the visual content related to the achievement of development goals through the official page of the military spokesman on Facebook, as a semiological analysis, as well as to identify how to employ this content in highlighting the efforts of the armed forces to achieve sustainable development goals, It monitored the most important communication strategies that are used through the military spokesperson’s page, and the problem of the study was to “analyze the visual content through the official page of the military spokesperson on Facebook as a semiological analysis, and to identify the extent of the Egyptian military institution’s contribution to achieving sustainable development in light of Egypt’s vision 2030.” This study is within the framework of descriptive studies, depending on the media survey method, and the results reached: The high rate of interactivity on the publications of the official page of the military spokesperson via the social networking site Facebook through comments/ views/ participations). Persuasive use in the content presented, The results reached: The high rate of interactivity on the posts of the official page of the military spokesman via the social networking site Facebook through (comments/ views/ participations), logical solicitations were the most common, The persuasiveness was used in the content presented, and the results of the semiological study concluded that: The image presented through the visual content through the official page of the military spokesman focused on those efforts undertaken by the Egyptian military institution to achieve the goals of sustainable development within the vision of Egypt 2030, This is done in cooperation with all state institutions within the framework of tightening the holistic approach as well as the individual approach to achieve progress, growth and prosperity for Egypt.
