|a لا يختلف اثنان على شاعرية ابن زيدون فهو ينظم شعرا ويكتب نثرا، وديوانه ورسائله خير دليل على ذلك، وسوف ندرس في بحثنا شعرية الرسالة البكرية: والشعرية تبحث في جمالية النص الأدبي، وتكشف عن الجوانب الفنية والآلية والأدوات الموظفة، ساعين إلى الكشف عنها في رسالته بتفننه في انتقاء المتعاليات النصية التي أعلت من لا عن السبب والنتيجة، وأسلوب النفي الذي طغي بشكل جلي على مفاصل الرسالة، فكانت بحق ناطقة عن خبايا وكوامن داخلية أراد إظهارها للمرسل إليه، وللمجتمع الذي وجه له سهام الباطل فأصابته بتعرضه للسجن والمعاملة السيئة، والحكم غير العادل ضده، وتدبير الدسائس والمكائد له، لذلك اشتغل على فضح نسق السلطة والحكم والقضاء.
|b Two persons do not differ on Ibn Zaidoon’s poetical ability .He writes poetry and prose :his poetic collection and letters are the best proof of this .We will study in our research the poetic virgin message, its characteristics which embodied in it since we sought to reveal the aesthetic aspects that formed his poetic message throughout his creative way in selecting the textual transcendences that would have made it .It was really a mouthpiece for hidden and internal forces that he wanted to show them to the sender. As well as for the society that has been guided by false arrows, he has been subjected to imprisonment, ill-treatment, unfair sentencing and intrigues. Therefore, he worked to expose the pattern of authority, jurisdiction and justice. Besides, he asserted that the sons of Ebad were fair, so they accused him of being with them against the sons of Jamhoor.
