المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة تعبير آيات الاستئذان في سورة النور وأسلوبها تناولا تحليليا من الناحية النحوية واللغوية والدلالية، خصوصا في عرض آداب الاستئذان. وقد جاءت الدراسة في أربعة مباحث، جاء المبحث الأول في مفهوم الاستئذان. والمبحث الثاني عن حكمة مشروعية الاستئذان في القرآن. أما في المبحث الثالث فقد تمت دراسة لفظة «أذن» ومشتقاتها في التعبير القرآني. وفي المبحث الرابع جاء الحديث عن التعبير القرآني في آداب الاستئذان. ثم ختمت الدراسة بنتائج وتوصيات، من أهمها: ١. شرع الاستئذان للحفاظ على حرمة البيوت، والحفاظ على حرمة المرأة أن يراها أحد غير محرم، والحفاظ على الأنفس والأموال، وقد أهدر النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) عين من تسول له نفسه أن يطلع على حرمات غيره. ٢. لأهمية الاستئذان أمر الشارع الحكيم أولياء الأمور أن يربوا أبناءهم وما ملكت أيمانهم، ومن في حكمهم من الخدم على الاستئذان. ٣. أن وجه التعبير عن الاستئذان بالاستئناس: أنه مثله في معنى الاستعلام، ويفسر الإذن في القرآن الكريم بما يتناسب مع السياق. 4. وقد عبر القرآن الكريم عنه بالاستئناس، "وهو تعبير يوحي بلطف الاستئذان، ولطف الطريقة التي يجيء بها الطارق، فتحدث في نفوس أهل البيت أنسا به، وهي لفتة دقيقة ولطيفة لرعاية أحوال النفوس. ومن التوصيات: ١. الدعوة إلى مواصلة البحث والدراسة في أسرار القرآن الكريم، ودراسة أساليب التعبير في سور القرآن الكريم، وآياته، وتسخير كل الأبحاث الممكنة لخدمته؛ رجاء السمو برفعته وجلاله. 2. تعليم النشء آداب الاستئذان منذ نعومة أظفارهم، حتى ينشأ جيل يتحلى بمكارم الأخلاق، فينال رضا الله عز وجل ورضا رسوله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ويحبه الناس ولا يبغضونه.

This study handled the expression of the verses of permission requests in Surat Al-Nur and their style in an analytical approach from the grammatical, linguistic and semantic aspects, especially in the presentation of the etiquette of permission. The study is divided into four topics; the first topic is about the concept of permission. The second topic is about the prudence of the legality of seeking permission in Qur’an. In the third topic, the word “permission” and its derivatives in the Qur’anic expression were studied. The fourth topic is about the Qur’anic expression in the etiquette of seeking permission. Then the study concluded with results and recommendations, the most important of which are: 1- It was ordained to seek permission to preserve the sanctity of homes, to preserve the sanctity of a woman to be seen by anyone who is not a sacred “unmarriageable person”, and to preserve lives and money. The prophet Muhammad, PBUH, overhanded anyone who might assume a right for oneself to look into other’s sanctity. 2- Because of the importance of asking permission, the wise legislator instructed parents to bring up their children and that their right hands possess, and the like from servants to ask permission. 3- The way to express permission to seek permission is that it is similar to the meaning of the kind query, and permission is explained in the Holy Qur’an in proportion to the context. 4- The Holy Qur’an expressed it by referring to it, “It is an expression that suggests the kindness of asking permission, and the kindness of the way in which the night visitor comes, so that the people of the household will be sympathetic to him, and it is a delicate and gentle gesture to take care of the conditions of souls. Among the recommendations: 1- The call to continue research and study in the secrets of the Holy Qur’an, and to study the styles of expression in the Holy Qur’an’s surahs and verses, and to harness all possible research to serve it; hoping for its eminence and surpassing. 2- Teaching young people the etiquette of seeking permission from an early age, until a generation grows up with noble morals, and attains the pleasure of God Almighty and His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, and that people love and do not hate it.
