المستخلص: يعتبر التطرف الفكري من القضايا التي يجب أن نوليها بالبحث والدراسة عناية خاصة وذلك لانتشار أعمال العنف في مناطق مختلفة بمصر، ولا يخفى على أحد أن التطرف والتشدد بمختلف أشكاله وصوره قد وجد تحت تأثير عدد من المتغيرات والتحديات المحلية والعالمية الثقافية، الدينية، الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية، السياسية، والإعلامية. فلم تعد قضية الإرهاب والتطرف الفكري مسئولية رجال السياسة والأمن وحدهم وإنما يجب أن تشارك فيها جميع مؤسسات المجتمع بشكل فعال لمساعدة المجتمع في حل ما يواجهه من عقبات في طريق التنمية لذا رأت الباحثتان ضرورة الوقوف على مفهوم التطرف الفكري وبيان دور الجامعة كأحد المؤسسات التربوية في مواجهته. وتعمل التربية بشكل أساسي على تزويد الفرد بالمعارف والمهارات والقيم والاتجاهات اللازمة لفهم حاضره واستشراف مستقبله، وانطلاقا من أن هدف تعليم الكبار هو التحول الاجتماعي Social Transformation، بمعنى أن ينظر إلى تغيير المجتمع وتحقيق التنمية البشرية في المجتمعات المعاصرة كمحور أساسي لتعليم الكبار، كما أن هدف تعليم الكبار هو خدمة كل من الفرد والمجتمع الذي يعيش فيه - باعتبار المتعلم الكبير عضوا في مجتمع توجد علاقات متبادلة بينهما - وأن النمو الشخصي للكبير لا يتحقق إلا في وسط اجتماعي، وباعتبار الجامعة أحد مؤسسات هذا النوع من التعليم في إطار تحقيق الوظيفة الثالثة للجامعة- خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة- فالتعليم الجامعي يعد مدخلا أساسيا في التعريف بالتطرف الفكري وسيلة لإكساب المعارف والمهارات التي تؤهل المجتمع لمواجهته ومن ثم تحقيق أمنه الفكري وحمايته من التطرف الفكري في ظل تحديات معاصرة عديدة أبرزها وأخطرها تحديات العولمة. إن حماية الإنسان من التطرف الفكري حق وواجب؛ حق للفرد تجاه المجتمع، وواجب على الفرد أن يتحمل نصيبه منه، ويؤدي واجبه فيه، ويمكن تحقيق ذلك من خلال بلورة رؤية فكرية واضحة المعالم لغايات التعليم وأهدافه. كما أن للجامعة دورا رائدا في إنتاج العقول المفكرة الناقدة وتحديث المعرفة ونموها وليست مجرد مكان لاجترارها، مع التركيز على القضايا التي تمثل خطرا حقيقيا يهدد أمن المجتمع واستقلاله كالتطرف الفكري. وليس المقصود بالأمن الفكري للأمة أن نغلق النوافذ في وجه الثقافة العالمية، ونتهمها بغزو العقول، فنحن نحتاج إلى ثقافات الشعوب، نأخذ منها ما يتوافق وقيمنا وعقائدنا ومبادئنا لنطور ذاتنا، ونتواكب مع سمات العصر الذي نعيشه. ولذا كانت الحاجة إلى تحصين أفراد المجتمع ضد التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع ومنها العولمة حيث يقع على الجامعة مسئولية نشر الثقافة العامة، وإشاعة السلوك العلمي والتفكير المنطقي بين أبناء المجتمع، فهي المكان الذي يتم فيه إعداد الشباب بشكل علمي ومنظم ليصبح إنسانا متكاملا عقلا وعلما وجسما وضميرا وسلوكا كما ينسحب دورها على باقي أفراد المجتمع في إطار المشاركة المجتمعية لتحصينهم من الغزو الفكري. ولذلك انشغلت الدراسة الحالية بالإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس ما الدور التربوي للجامعة في مواجهة التطرف الفكري؟ وتجيب الدراسة عنه من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية: ١. ما الإطار المفاهيمي للتطرف الفكري؟ ٢. ما التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع وتؤدي إلى التطرف الفكري؟ ٣. ما أهم الخبرات العالمية في مواجهة التطرف الفكري؟ ٤. كيف يمكن للجامعة مواجهة التطرف الفكري؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن أسئلة المشكلة استعانت الباحثتان بالمنهج النقدي للتعامل مع مختلف جوانبها، تناولت الدراسة مفهوم التطرف الفكري والمفاهيم المرتبطة به والقيم اللازمة لمواجهته، والتحديات التي تواجه المجتمع المصري ويمكن أن تؤدي إلى التطرف الفكري، وتتمثل في تحديات؛ ثقافية، سياسية، إعلامية، أمنية، دينية، وتحديات خاصة بالعولمة، ثم التعرف على خبرات عدد من الدول في مواجهة التطرف، ثم بينت الدراسة دور الجامعة في مواجهة التطرف الفكري من خلال مجموعة من الآليات يختص بعضها بمواجهة التطرف الفكري داخل الجامعة، والبعض الآخر بمواجهته خارج الجامعة. وأخيرا اختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات والدراسات المقترحة لاستكمال الجهد التربوي في المجال.

The research on the issue of intellectual extremism in our time is one of the most important topics that we must give special attention to the spread of violence in different regions in Egypt. It is well known that extremism and extremism in all its forms and manifestations have been found under the influence of several different local and international variables and challenges; Cultural, religious, social, economic, political, and media. The issue of terrorism and intellectual extremism is no longer the responsibility of politicians and security alone but must be shared by all institutions of society in an effective manner to help the society to solve the obstacles facing the path of development. Therefore, the researcher saw the need to stand on the concept of intellectual extremism and the role of educational institutions in facing it. The aim of education is to provide the individual with the knowledge, skills, values and attitudes needed to understand his present and to explore his future. The goal of adult education is to transform society and achieve human development in contemporary societies as a major center for adult education. The adult is the service of both the individual and the society in which he lives - as the great learner is a member of a society with mutual relations between them - and that the personal growth of the great can only be achieved in a social environment and considering the university as one of the institutions of this type of education in the context of achieving the job The third aspect of the university- community service and environmental development - University education is an essential input in the definition of intellectual extremism and a means of imparting the knowledge and skills that qualify the society to confront it and thus achieve its intellectual security and protect it from intellectual extremism in the face of many contemporary challenges, the most serious of which are the challenges of globalization. The protection of human beings from intellectual extremism is a right and a duty; the right of the individual to society and the duty of the individual to bear his share of it and to perform his duty. This can be achieved through the crystallization of a clear vision for the goals and objectives of education. The university also plays a leading role in producing critical thinking minds, modernizing and developing knowledge, not just a place to be liberalized, focusing on issues that pose a real threat to the security and independence of society as intellectual extremism. It is not intended for the intellectual security of the nation to close the windows in the face of global culture, and we accuse them of the invasion of minds, we need the cultures of peoples, we take them in accordance with our values and our beliefs and principles to develop ourselves and keep up with the characteristics of the times we live. Therefore, the need to fortify the members of the society against the challenges facing society, including globalization, where the university has the responsibility to spread the general culture, and to propagate scientific behavior and logical thinking among the members of society. It also withdraws its role to the rest of society in the context of community participation to immunize them from intellectual invasion. Therefore, the current study was preoccupied with answering the main question: What is the educational role of the university in confronting intellectual extremism? The study answers it by answering the following questions: 1. What is the conceptual framework of intellectual extremism? 2. What are the challenges facing society and lead to intellectual extremism? 3. What are the most important global experiences in con
