المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة الممارسات الابتكارية للزوجة في إدارة شئون الأسرة وانعكاسها على ظاهرة الطلاق العاطفي، واشتملت عينة البحث على (235) زوجة تعاني من أعراض الطلاق العاطفي وما زال زواجها قائم، ولديها أبناء في مراحل التعليم المختلفة ويعيشون جميعا معا، واشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة البيانات العامة، ومقياس الممارسات الابتكارية للزوجة، ومقياس الطلاق العاطفي، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة عند مستوى دلالة (0.001) بين الممارسات الابتكارية للزوجة ككل بأبعادها (أداء المسئوليات المنزلية، إدارة موارد الأسرة، إدارة العلاقات الأسرية، الممارسات الابتكارية الشخصية للزوجة) وبين الطلاق العاطفي ككل وأبعاده (سلبية التواصل بين الزوجين، الصراعات والمشكلات الزوجية)، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة في مقياس الممارسات الابتكارية للزوجة تبعا لاختلاف متغيرات البحث لصالح (الزوجة غير العاملة، الزوجة في الحضر، سن الزوجة الأصغر، وفرق السن المنخفض بين الزوجين، مدة الزواج الأقل، ومستوى تعليم الزوجة المتوسط، ومستوى تعليم الزوج المرتفع، مستوى الدخل المتوسط، حجم الأسرة الصغير، والزوج العامل بالقطاع الحكومي العسكري )، كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة في مقياس الطلاق العاطفي تبعا لاختلاف متغيرات البحث لصالح (الزوجة غير العاملة، الزوجة الريفية، سن الزوجة الأصغر، فرق السن المنخفض بين الزوجين، مدة الزواج الأقل، مستوى تعليم الزوجة الأعلى، مستوى الدخل المرتفع، حجم الأسرة الصغيرة، وعمل الزوج بالقطاع الحكومي العسكري). كما أظهرت النتائج أن أكثر متغيرات الدراسة تأثيرا على الممارسات الابتكارية للزوجة هي (مدة الزواج، تليها سن الزوجة، ثم مستوى تعليم الزوجة، وأخيرا مهنة الزوج)، وأكثر متغيرات الدراسة تأثيرا على الطلاق العاطفي كانت (سن الزوجة، فرق السن بين الزوجين، مستوى دخل الأسرة، مكان السكن)، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى اقتراح استراتيجية تتضمن تعزيز الممارسات الابتكارية للزوجة للحد من نسبة الطلاق العاطفي، وتحسين الصحة النفسية للزوجين. وأوصت الباحثة باستحداث ممارسات ابتكارية إيجابية من قبل الزوجين تشجعهم على استعادة المشاعر العاطفية وتبصيرهم بأساليب التواصل الفعالة عند مواجهة مشكلة الطلاق العاطفي وتقليل الخلافات والوصول إلى مرحلة التفاهم العاطفي.

This current research aims to study the creative practices of the wife in managing family affairs and their implications for the phenomenon of emotional divorce. The sample of the research comprised (235) wives whose marriage is still existing and suffer from symptoms of emotional divorce, and they have children in different stages of education and they all live together .The research tools comprised ; the general data form, scale of wife’s creative practices, and scale of emotional divorce. The study used the descriptive analytical methodology. The research concluded the following results: -There is a negative correlation at the level of significance (0.001) between wife’s creative practices as a whole and its dimensions (performing household responsibilities, managing family resources, managing family relations, wife’s personal creative practices) and emotional divorce as a whole and its dimensions (negative communication between spouses, marital conflicts and problems). - There are also statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample members in the scale of wife’s creative practices according to the difference in the research variables in favor of (non-working wife, urban wife, younger wife’s age, low age difference between the spouses, less marriage duration, wife’s medium education level, husband's higher education level, medium income level, small family size, husband’s work in the government- military sector) - There are also statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample members in the scale of emotional divorce according to the different research variables in favor of (non-working wife, rural wife, younger wife’s age, low age difference between spouses, less marriage duration, higher wife’s education level, higher income level, small family size, husband's work in the government-military sector). -The results also showed that the most influential study variables on the wife's creative practices are (duration of marriage, wife's age, wife's education level, husband's profession), and the most influential study variables on emotional divorce are (wife's age, age difference between spouses, family’s income level, and place of residence). (Adding a proposed strategy). The researcher recommended the introduction of positive creative practices by the spouses that encourage them to restore emotional feelings and enlighten them with effective methods of communication when facing the problem of emotional divorce, reducing differences and reaching the stage of emotional understanding.
